need help....can this work on ps2?

Hi recently i saw a joystick on my local yahoo auction...It states its for ps1 but can it work on ps2 also...

1) Most PS1 controllers work on PS2.

2) That stick sucks.

dont waste your time. thats like getting an atari 2600 joystick to play fighting games

I have 2 of them and theyre pretty bad. The good thing they helped me with was getting those points in mvc2 by setting autofire HP for Cable on vs mode
