Anyone know how to play it? My friend sent it to me to decipher, I think it's a dvd. Any programs to play it without actually having to burn it?

I would use Winrar to open those files, just right-click on the .rar file and extract it with Winrar.

Also, a quick search of those file names brought me to an interesting conclusion..
You've just downloaded "Virtual Sex with Kira Kener."
