PSP problem

I recently got my hands on another PSP and was wondering on a problem, the analog stick has a problem with sensitivity forward sensitivity is flat out screwed, I was wondering if there was a way to fix it without taking off the soldered on analog stick.

That's probably the only way you can fix it. Unsolder the old stick and solder in a new one.
