US Version of SSBB, can you change the audio to Japanese?

is there a way to change the audio to Japanese? Unlocking or something? Or do i have to buy a Japanese Wii/Action Replay ?

As far as I know, there is no way to change it. You're pretty much stuck with it and I've unlocked pretty much most of everything.
