I was referring to the videos themselves being old, that we have seen before already in the other Sagat and Balrog [boxer] thread, not the matchups themselves.


I think you're just butthurt at the fact that this game isn't a sequel to Street Fighter 3, and doesn't use 2D sprites like STHD, or KOFXII

No, just watch the videos. Ive seen the same attacks strings, block formations, attack strategies and counters in SF2. Just pointing it out.

Oh and FYI, I like that SF4 is 3D.

Well you're asking the wrong person. I havent been taking about Tony the tiger at all. As for the SF2 3D discussion. You can thank Ono for that. One good example is how identical the characters look. Its like SF4 took place the day after SF2 ended as one of many points.

I wasn't asking about Tony The Tiger at all. I am asking how a joke topic about Bison's picture with Tony The Tiger from the official capcom website with Tony the tiger and other cereal related jokes turn into a shitstorm of SF2 3D discussion. Nobody was even talking about gameplay in that thread, and somehow you come in and start shit up, and basically derail a seemingly harmless joke topic.

Tony The Tiger ain't the fucking point. The point was you turned a joke topic like that into another SF2 3D bitching and complaining discussion. Aside from Chun-Li in Alpha (which was met with a very mixed reaction, hence the inclusion of her classic look in Alpha 2), no SF character's clothes have ever really changed since they've been introduced.

Thats just one aspect, not the only. Nothings much change besides it going 3D.
Lamewadd had some new examples. It would be nice to see something new, different, refreshing, ect.....
