SFIV Needs: A Sneaky, Dirty Style Tricky Character

Well, I am not sure if Balrog (claw) is going to be in the game, but SFIV definitely needs a character like him. In Alpha 3, there was Rolento as well as Balrog, who uses dirty little tricks to attack the opponent. In SFIII:3S there was Remy, with his little keeping away zoning tactics.
Basically, the SF games have had dirty tricks characters in them. Like Balrog, poking the opponent to death with his long range, sneaky claws. And then sliding roundhouse, tricky and lethal.
If SFIV does not have Balrog in it, they definitely need sneaky character who will be like that: Dirty, Sneaky, Tricky, quite cheap.

Yeah, Remy is sneaky and like tricky in a way, cos he keeps harrasing them with his 'Sonic Booms' then if they try to jump near, and manage to... they usually get anti-aired.
I see what you mean with Yun. But I mean sneaky as in, how in Alpha 3, you get Rolento doing his slide kicks then jumping around, and especially Balrog (claw), you know what I mean.
