Anyone recommend it or is it just a clone of other J horrors?

Every movie we get like this is a clone of some asian horror movie with damn near the same plot.

It's a Thai remake this time not a Jremake

this movie looks bugged out but I doubt I'll see

It seems to be anti-yellow fever, so that's a big plus in my book.

Bloody-Disgusting has an extremely negative review of it up - I'd check out the original first anyway. After disappointing remakes/re-imaginings such as The Ring Two, Dark Water, The Grudge (and 2), The Eye and One Missed Call.. I'd advise caution.

Yeah, go for the thai version if anything. It was bat-shit insane when she started flying along the side of the car, cardiac arrest material.

What's the ending in the remake?

To be honest... All Asian horror remakes suck. They always lack the scary feeling compared to the originals.

Not to mention, I believe the story got changed quite a bit from the original.

People that have seen it, does it end like the original? Because that part is the part that freaked me out the most.

NO.

Don't do it, watch the original Thai version, it was pretty good, definitely should check it out.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the way this one ended, was that the husband was the assailant the whole time, having drugged her up a long time ago and humiliating and taking advantage of her. blablabla she was on his shoulders the whole time and he ended up in the insane asylum with her still leaning on his shoulders.

gayest movie i have ever seen i would not even consider watching the original, what a ludicrous and ridiculous concept. but then again, thats what scary movies are lol

It rated PG-13 what you think?

"Not screened in advance for critics" is always a bad sign. When a movie opens on Saturday or even Friday, it often means they didn't want the reviewers to say how shitty it was, and want people to head to the theater without being the wiser.

Is it Elisha Cuthbert in this movie?

With all the quick shots in the commercial you cant tell. Its almost like theyre trying to trick moviegoers into thinking that Elisha Cuthbert is in this movie although its not her.
