I don't understand what's wrong with their getting bail. they should be charged, but it's not like they're going to flee the country or anything. If they got the money they should be able to get out... and then slammed with a big ass juvie sentence. And then tried in a civil court for further damages. :tup:

It's suspect, but it doesn't immediately resolve into irresponsibility without knowing all the details. She could have just been sitting on the couch drinking champaign, gotten up to go to the bathroom, turned her attention elsewhere or something and came back to sip on a spiked drink. Still, it's a horrible thing to drug someone and take advantage of them, even if they are "asking for it." :tup:
