Basically i'm a big guy. not fat but i'm not skinny. Anywho I love DDR(I do heavy and challenge songs) and occasionally work out at my schools gym(muscle building). Now my girlfriend and I are very active sexually and i'm wondering in comparison am i losing weight more via sex, ddr, or treadmill because i'm figuring I forgo the gym and just stick to banging my girl (roughly twice a day so bout 2 hrs?) or do i stick to my DDR and weights. I mean i've heard research saying sex is the better cardio workout but i'm not sure what a shoryuken goer should do.
