Are there any April Fools Announcements?

Back in the days, there was some kind of April Fools thing about 'Shen Long' that stirred up a lot of excitment. Has Capcom released any kind of April Fool's annoncements on SFIV, on April Fools Day 2008? More than 10 years later?
I heard a rumour that ONO HIMSELF suggested that SHENG LONG MIGHT BE IN THE GAME.

I thought that trick might be used. The people who are too young or started Street Fighter too recently to know about that 'Shen Long April Fools joke' might fall for this.

On the other hand, Capcom might decide to go ahead with this and add 'Shen Long' as a hidden joke character in future versions/updates of SFIV.

Damn...now that one is a fucking cock tease for sure, because I was hoping to see Sakura for SFIV...however this being posted on April 1st makes me a damn skeptic. Sheng Long or Gouken doesn't cut it for me anymore, the dude died man, however Sakura...crap.

I hope it's not an April Fool's for her, since I would love to see her playable in SFIV, and to see how much she's progressed. Her taste in clothing seems to be more of the "revealing" side now.

Yes but that was not from a capcom employee(sp?) and not on an official capcom site. However Sakura is 100% a joke, I mean look at the art, it doesn't match with the other girls in anyway, shading is way different and looks like a photoshop job and her proportions not matching either, she looks like an anorexic kid.
