Are there any good Mugen packs/compilations out there?

I use to be into Mugen back in the day then got sick of it with all the random crap out there. Now I’m itching to get back into it again, but spending hours upon hours downloading everything individually and learning from trial and error whats worth keeping keeps me from starting back up. So my question is, are there any good semi balanced decent packs to download with everything in it?
