Could someone tell me what PC game this is????

I played this pc game a while back. All i can remember is that i downloaded the game online. It was some kind of difficult stratagy puzzle game where you had to figure out how to get to the next room. I got fustrated and quit the game before i could finish it could someone tell me the name of this game or post a link please thanks:pray::pray:

Was it called Crimson Room? Your description is pretty hard to work off of.

There were a lot of point and click puzzle adventures awhile back. Any more info like the theme or environment of the game? It could even be Myst.
