Hopefully they start to patch my favorite older games soon. It will give me a good reason to go back to them.

I'm planning to pick up the rest of the trophies in SSHD tonight. The only ones that I foresee giving me trouble are Multiplier Hero (you need to get a 10x multiplier, which I have NEVER gotten, ever) and the one that requires multiplayer.

I'm at 12 now. I picked up the one where you have to beat a planet without using boost (what a suck-ass objective) and the one where you have to survive without firing for 45 seconds. Seems like the other trophies are pretty hard to get, but I'll try to score them by the end of the weekend.

the one where you have to go without boost was the first one i got becuase i didn't know what the hell it did so i didn't use it. i'm stuck on getting the 10 nukes the shield tokens and x10 multiplier

Those are probably the hardest ones. The shield one is easy because you can get it in any playthrough, and you can even lose your shield and get another one. You can even die.

Yes. You must have a shield on you to get it, but it doesn't have to be the same shield.

i will patiently wait for trophy updates to roll out for all my favorite games. Until them I guess I'll finally bite on SSHD.

I hope soon to be released games are gonna have trophies like SCIV.

I always lose my shield before i can pick up more shield tokens, and getting 15 tokens in a boost is giving me some trouble now.

For the shield one, you just have to not get hit. I can't really give you any advice better than that.

As for the 15 tokens one, I find it's easiest to get on either Nemain or Segomo, since those ice asteroids drop so many tokens. Crush everything and wait for the bonus rock to appear. Boost through that and if you snag a few more tokens outside of that boost, you'll get it.

I'm at 15 trophies now. I just need to get 15 bombs in Bomber mode (super fucking hard) and destroy 10 nukes in Endless mode (also really hard).

I finally got around to buying SSHD, and now I wonder why I didn't get it sooner. I'm only at 3 trophies so far but the game is mind blowing fun.

First, do you have the 4.00 patch that makes the game compatible with Trophies?

If so, did you pick up any tokens in that stage? Those artificially increase the timer, but the Trophy counts actual time.

I just had those little metallic looking balls following me and the ufo looking thing (but they arent fast enough to catch up) so I just rode around the planet for over a minute (counting in my head REALLY slowly).

What mode were you in when you did this?

You need to get it in Survival mode, as specified in the Trophy description. You were playing Arcade mode.

And yes, no firing at all.

i got around 7 when I played one go yesterday.. and actually beat all the levels for the first time.

I got like 23 bombs but I used one so I didn't get the 15 bomb thing so on the last level I just used most of them. So I'm positive I can do the 15 bomb trophy. Ah wait.. its in another mode isn't it? Lol damn. Well I'll try the other mode trophies soon.

The last boss was easy.. lol.

It's in Bomber mode, and it is by far the hardest trophy to get in the game.

One is from beating the first planet, and the other is "scenic route" or whatever the hell that means. LOL

Im glad it has custom soundtracks though.

Super Motherfucking SRK-only Trophy strats from Sep
(I don't have them all yet, but I have most of them)

Arcade Mode (you must get these in Arcade mode)
Hero of Lave - Beat Lave (you can use Easy mode)
Hero of Coventina - Beat Coventina (you can use Easy mode)
Hero of Nemain - Beat Nemain (you can use Easy mode)
Hero of Taranis - Beat Taranis (you can use Easy mode)
Hero of Segomo - Beat Segomo (you can use Easy mode)
The Tokenizer - Spawn a bonus rock and boost right through it. Done.
Scrooge MacBoom - Don't use bombs
Token Hoarder - Find a bonus rock and boost through it. It takes some luck, though, but you'll get it eventually. Your best bet is to use Segomo, since ice rocks tend to drop a lot of tokens
Well Prepared - Don't use bombs
Shield Blaster - Play defensively. You don't have to get five shield blasts on the same shield of life, but you should do your best to not get hit
Scenic Route - Don't play for score. Pick your best planet and beat it without using boost
Multiplier Hero - Don't die. Ever. I suggest getting this on Easy mode if you aren't that good

DLC Required
Extra Ships Optional (need Solo Pack) - This is the top fucking secret strat from me that no one really knows. Anyway, play on Endless and wait for a phase where a bunch of red pyramid things chase you around. Fly around for 7 minutes and shoot nothing. Nothing else will spawn until you kill them, so you're good to go.

Close Encounters (need Solo Pack) - Pick Survival mode and dodge like crazy. Don't shoot, but you can use boost.

Late Boomer (need Solo Pack) - I don't have this yet.

Shock and Awe (need Solo Pack) - I don't have this yet.

Brothers in Arms (need Split-screen Multiplayer Pack) - You can get this yourself. Start up split-screen multiplayer on Segomo with another two controllers. Fly close together and shoot nothing. Just dodge shit for three minutes.

lol on the XMB, the same part where you go to play a game there should be a section that says "trophies" and it'll have all your info. you need the last couple updates from the PSN so if you havent connected to the internet in awhile you are going to need to

I just hope Trophies can stand a chance against Achievements. No games so far are supporting it, not even SF2HD.

I'm not sure how hard it is to put trophies, but it definitely gives a HUGE incentive to those hungry for being at the top. Games that suck would get played by people because they get points for it...that's why achievements are so great...makes you hunger for something that ultimate doesn't really matter.

I just hope Trophies rolls out with every game that's coming out this year and beyond to have it.

Anyway, it's confirmed that COD4, DMC4, SF2HD, and SPF2HD won't be getting trophies....along with probably every every released prior to 2008.

But here's to hoping that trophies gets steam! Warhawk trophies soon, pain, and pretty much every 1st party sony title will have it...I'm anxious really!

I'm pretty late on this, but you can get the co-op trophy by yourself fairly easily. All you'll need is another controller.

The most important thing to remember about soloing this trophy is that you should not shoot anything, ever. Just fly around for a while.

I got everything in uncharted except for beating the game on hard and crushing (going through hard now.) it seems doable, but Super Stardust HD is giving me trouble, how in the HELL do you get the Late Bomber trophy (collect 15 bombs in Bomber mode)? That and the 10x multiplier seems hard as all hell too, I've only got up to 8X

10x multiplier is best done on easy. If you're not playing on easy then you're a masochist. If you die once then you may as well start over. by the stage before the last with no deaths you should have 10x.

Late bomber I assume is the bomb one. You have to use 1 bomb on each drop ship to receive another bomb. That way you gain one bomb every drop ship. It's very difficult and will require patience.

it took me about like 30 tries but its better then to not have a strategy when trying to get it

oh and for the 10x multiplier one try playing on easy that's how i got that trophy too

I took only 3 days for me to get all trophies in uncharted on my first try. U can honestly rent the game and do the same. Boy do I love platinum.

i've been playin warhawk lately and got a bout 10 so far.. i think theres about 57 of them.. and i wont be able to unlock them all till i get all of the expansions..

i'd like to see some trophy support for mgs4

yeah i think psn should definitely make a trophy patch for mgs4 or maybe trophies for stuff you did online like 10 kill streak etc...it would make more people play the game since so many people are interested in trophies and i can't blame them XD

I got 40 trophies between stardust and uncharted. Uncharted is the easiest game to get trophies on.

I just got 100% trophies in Super Stardust HD! I also has previously got 100% with Uncharted as well. All I gotta say is the 10 nukes trophy and the late boomer trophy are the hardest to get. They pissed me off like hell. Late boomer is 50% luck, the trick is to try to get two bomb ships with one bomb. Then bomb two more ships later. Easier said than done. 10 nukes trophy is about memorizing the patterns and being good with switching weapons. Conserve bombs for the last 3 nukes. You should have at least 20. Also destroy nukes as soon as you see them because the game becomes faster rather quickly. So it's good to finish the nukes asap.
