Someone started knocking again and I opened up the door and there was the popo. Shit, I done pulled my knives on the popo. So the police tell me put down the knives and they come in and do they thing. So just asking, SRK. I do have the right to protect my home with deadily force? Cause I don't want to slice nobody up and get sent to jail.

I have the knives because my step dad is in the marines and he bought one a while ago.

In some US states you can shoot someone who breaks into your home, so no, I don't think you did anything wrong. You've got to do what you have to do to defend your home, and hell your well being. If some fucker's broke into my home they'd get an iron bar across their face, I don't care if the police arrest me for it. "They broke into my home, I'm scared shitless so I lamped the fucker. I did what I had to do." First thing I would instinctively think of is to control the situation and knocking them out seems the perfect way to go.

It depends on the state.. I believe in Florida if you have legitimate fear for your life at your home residence you can blast a motherfucker - they don't have to even be in your house...

that depends on where you live. in jerz, where i live.. you can only protect yourself with an equal force.. alternatively, in delaware you have the right to shoot anyone that crosses the threshold of your door, with out your permission.

On a similar note i had my house broken into about a month and a half ago, ass hole broke a back window and and used it to unlock my back door.. comes in goes thru drawers and even has the sack to go into my roommate's room, while she's sleeping with her daughter in the room, and rummage through her shit..

I don't think it was taken. The first time I got online I saw some BR 3 gameplay, and I mispelled Xion(I only heard his name) so I thought it was Zeon. And there ya have it.
