I was just wondering. Is there a site somewhere that has listings, or is it "Good luck, no help anywhere, check the pump wherever you go."?

I think you're pretty much at their mercy. I have seen pumps declaring 10% ethanol, I don't know if it's mandated by state law or what. But if they wanted to lie to you - how would you know?

I remember hearing back awhile ago that a percentage of pumps that claim to be premium are actually pumping regular. Again; what can you do?

Always check before you pump. It's like looking out for trannies.

i dunno but my cousin just said the stupidest thing ever no less than 1 hour ago.

we went to the food court and we noticed how the food prices went up. then someone with us goes to talk about the whole Ethanol situation. my cousin is just sipping his drink and eating his food like hes not listening. they go "you're not even listening to me!" then my cousin, trying to make up for it, says "yeah i was listening! you were talking about how theyre using vegetables as fuel now."

no joke, the little guy was dead serious when he said it. we busted his balls for it, talking about cars that run on corn and atomic bombs being made from vegetables. classic

Run your car on corn whiskey. Really, ethanol isn't all that bad from what little I understand about it. Unless you drive a car with a forced induction engine you shouldn't worry. If you don't know what forced induction is you probably shouldn't worry either.

If tuned for ethanol it can be very, very good except for cold start ups. I love ethanol!

Doesn't ethanol lower the mpg of your car?

Why is it you can't post in the thread we already have for this?
