People act like Batman Forever and Batman and Robin were tragic, but the first two films by Burton pretty much sucked, too. Thank goodness for the fresh start this series is getting. I wasn't really a Christian Bale fan before Batman Begins. I can't wait to catch his next flick, now.

I agree. The current movies are dark. The villains look legitimate. Burtons villains are interchangeable with the ones from the Adam West show in appearance.

I agree as well, never in a comic book movie do the characters seem so real. I kinda thought the first part of Begins was slow but I didn't realize I was so sucked into it. Go Nolan.

no doubt, the new ones almost make me want to jump in a vat of acid and become a super villain lol.
