Go ahead and delete this if this is old, but I guess someone started a wiki for SFIV. It's all in Japanese, but for those of you who have the time and inclination to translate some of the more interesting stuff, it's over here:

on the Rufus page i noticed a few neat combos:

EX kick special, lk follow up, focus attack dash cancel (says you might cross up your opponent if they're in the corner, so dash back), ultra or jab dp.

far standing rh, twd.fp, jab dp, super or ultra.

I just used an online translator for that Guile page. They have his airthrow(the toss, not the backbreaker) translated as

Flying bastard rope

Here's what I could gather on Bison:

*His EX Psycho crusher Hits twice and is invincible at start up which can be used as an anti-air. It can also go through 1 hit fireballs but will only hit 1 time after passing through a fireball.

*EX scissors is invincible at start up and can be used as an anti-air

*EX headstomp and Devil Reverse cannot be countered with an anti-air move

i was translating some of fuertes move names, and they are ridiculous. i couldnt make out some, but the ones i did are:

tepache bomb (neutral/forward throw)
chile mexicano (back throw)
sky sorpresa trap (air throw)
habanero dash (qcf+p [dash])
tostada press (mp out of dash)
fajita buster (fp out of dash)
gordita sobat (mk out of dash)
kalimari slidding (rk out of dash)
propeller tortilla (fp out of backdash)
pikadillo jump (any k out of backdash)
quesadilla bomb (hold K)
guacamole legs throw (dpK)

Thanks alot. Goin through the ruufussu page rite now haha. If u have basic knowledge of katakana/hirigana, and babel fish for the kanji, then this is cake. Seriously thank you so much for posting this link up, this is the closest im gonna get to playing this game till ffa gets it.
