Nagata Lock II

OK so SFIV uses a dual board linked setup. Yesterday the GTASF ran our first SFIV tournament and we ran into a really odd logistical problem.
We use Event Mode for all of our tournaments to save time between matches. For the sake of example I'm going to use the $1/game that we have at our arcade. Now when Event Mode was setup we asked to put it on 50 cents instead of a dollar. Fair enough, that part worked out great, for the first game at least. As per custom in most tournies, the loser pays for the second game and so on. The dual board setup doesn't recognize the money from one side going in for both sides though and therein lies the problem.
EXAMPLE
Game 1: Player 1 and Player 2 each put in 50 cents. Game runs fine. Player 1 wins.
Game 2: Player 2 pays 50 cents for his game and 50 cents for his opponent. HOWEVER, it is important that people realize that your opponent has to pay 50 cents on his side of the dual setup in order for it to be recognized. If you put 4 quarters into one side the dual setup won't recognize the extra credits on the other cab, even in Event Mode.
Basically what we did yesterday was play the first game and then pass 50 cents from one side of the cabinet to the other player as per necessary. It was a weird situation at first because people were just loading the cab with quarters on one side thinking it should work when it doesn't.
It's not a big thing and probably doesn't warrant its own thread but as a director who always appreciates a helping hand, I thought it best to bring this up now rather than have people bitch when tournies start happening everywhere because they lost money not knowing they had to send money to the other side of the cab each time they lost a game.
