I did a search on the forums and didn't really find anything.. How many stages does this game have? More importantly, is there a link someone can supply with pics and/or video? I've only seen a handful of stages and in the vids being released it looks like the same stages keep poppin up.

Not sure; to name some from memory, there was the parking lot stage, cruise ship, fishing boat stage, Chinatown, train station, Shadaloo (?) refinery, jungle stage, the African stage, the old temple, and Seth's Lab. Not too sure if I'm missing any though...

IMO, we definitely need a bigger variety. Mix it up abit you know?

If someone, currently able to play the game, would upload some screen shots or even better some vids of diff. stages that'd be great! All I've seen mainly is Blanka's stage, Akumas I think, Balrog's, Chun Li's and Guile's every blue moon.. oh and the ship stage from what I remember. Why do the same stages keep showing up over and over again? sucks...

China Stage (Chun-Li ish)
East Asia Stage
South Africa Airfield (Guile ish)
North America Drive-In
Asia Boat Stage
Jungle Stage
Russian Railyard
Event Stage (on the boat)
Shadowloo Brewery Stage
Seth's Labratory Stage
Akuma's Stage (?)

Regarding the repetitiveness...as far as I can tell, in arcade mode, there are certain stages that appear early on and certain stages that appear later. I don't know if there's any sort of order to it, but I know that the Event Stage, Airfield Stage, and Shadowloo Brewery come up later.

When someone challenges another player, the stage they fight on is sorta roughly based on where in arcade mode the first player was. So, if you've got a busy 4 cabs, no one is advancing through arcade mode, so all we get is those first-tier stages.

I actually have fought human opponents on Seth's stage...in that case, I was actually fighting against Seth, and someone got linked up to me. But having that stage come up at random in human play - I've never seen it.

As I remember, a Capcom guy (maybe Ono, the game producer) said the home version will have more stages than the arcade version.

Is the South Africa stage in the actual game? Because the airfield looked hella cool in pictures but I played SFIV released version for 6 hours straight and only fought on the same 4 stages.

If it's true that their is some sort of formula to the stages appearing, I have to say that is hella stupid, because if there is a crowd of people you'd have to play through 1p to unlock more stages, WTF? Even I noticed the lack of stages, and I barely ever notice shit like that.
