Ok this is how the thread works you pick a character like lets say storm then you put who you think the best storm player is in the world.

I wanna fill up the whole roster with a character and then who you think is the best player is that uses that character, have fun.

This is the list to end all list, I'll start with some of my choices for now : )

as far as marrow goes, wong's probably the best I've seen.

mummy - kinda goes a few ways. Maybe the players from the Philippines deserve the credit but we have our own mummy players like gabe who fuckn owns with the guy. Mixup plays a pretty nasty mummy too

your collosus is annoying and to be honest i think i have the better IM, combos the innovator but im just doing too much with the character. Ill mention Genes IM because hes the only person other than me who i see thats capable of playing the theoretical IM.

VDO is best with all characters on his team...especially as he doesn't use higher/god tiers...but he will still rush the shit outta you with all 3 of them.

VDO is a beast. And much respect to him.


But his Rogue is beast. His Ken is super Beast Mode! BUt his colossus is lacking from what I have seen. I probably have the most dynamic colossus vision of all though so most probably cannot even comprehend what I know about this character.

Therimrattler i played at evo had a very annoying Col. and ive played VDO ALOT, hes my boy and all but i feel like Rattlers team has better support for the character. Its a hard call though cause VDO plays col. bare bones.

Yeah, my point was that VDO plays Colossus bare bones. And he's been successful enough with his considerably weaker team (no drones or typhoon or AAA that help setup combos...), so yeah

also, though I haven't seen much better, and the character himself is a bit "eh", gabe can do some shit with Jin and he has gotten streaks several times using Juggs also

oh yeah, j360 for IM...though Wong had that win streak with IM at MWC...lol, but that's just wong being wong...but he was doin' shit with IM...UGH

Sentinel? Man, now that's hard. Chunksta, Wong, Finesse, or the President. I think all 4 of them are equal though. Their Sent play is fierce. DPC is just a step below them. Love or hate the man, his Sentinel kicks ass.

Haha, thats a toss up for sure. We talk alot, and from what I gather, even though he has put alot of work into creating combos, and promoting mixup, ive seriously put alot more thought into actually playing her vs. top tier.
From what he has told me, my execution is prolly a tad better as well.

Although it would be a battle im sure.

Shin is OG as hell with chun, but untill I go to Brazil I dont think anyone is really gonna know who has the better chun in match.

I can't think of anyone who plays Megaman to the level at which he could be played. If you combined like four of us (Ranma, Megaman Steve, me, ... MegamanDS?) you'd have a great Megaman player but I really honestly don't think there are any "great" Megaman players that I've ever seen. Maybe Dasrik or MegamanDS have a beastly Megaman, but I haven't seen enough of them to know. Everybody I've seen has some generally major holes in their gameplay or prefers beer to playing Marvel (Ranma). I'd judge people off of his throw resets (I rarely use this, thus I fail as a good example), buster height knowledge, tricks, and maybe the infinite (MegamanSteve I think shines here IIRC). Lamerboi and other Sent-Y kickball trap players are good too, but it's hard to really get a full picture of how people play Megaman. :sad: From everything I've seen, Ranma and MegamanSteve are probably the most interesting to learn from.

Iron Man I'll give to Illan and J360. It's really hard to compare them and it's like apples and oranges. Josh can kill you from anywhere on the screen. Illan has a few more tricks at ground level and will connect with a hit a little more often. It has a lot to do with the teams they play. Josh tends to be more aggressive and Illan will take his time a lot more since he has assists that can accidentally hit and catch you in the infinite. I'd say Josh still has a better team though.

Cyke: I'm going to say me even though I've retired him on and off:pray: There's really no point to me using him although I'm starting to reincorporate him into my rotation as of late. But for people who actually have been using him lately, I'm gonna say Mike Ross, even though he fuckin sucks.

Colossus: Bill hands down. You haven't seen Colossus til you've seen Billossus

Sentinel: In no order: Sanford, Finesse, Chunk, Bill, Justin, Chris Schmit, Eric, Potter, and Abe. Throw Ruin in there when he feels like trying.
