It has been confirmed that Gouken will actually be in SFIV either as a secret or playable character. What is everyone's thoughts or opinions? For me, it's just another shoto/pallette swap type of character. Wonder if Goutetsu is in there somewhere too...

Oh and correct me if I'm wrong or does the playable version of Gouki also have double air fireball...looks like he might be banned in tournaments because someone will be like "double air fireball is cheap"...

If you watch the credit's and look at every 37th character it spells his name out.

You need one of Justin Wongs pubic hairs, and a Yipes glove in-order to unlock him though. Might be semi-tough since Justin Nairs his shit down.

Forgenjuro had posted goukis ending in the akuma strategy thread at the first post. And yeah Gouken is in it. I think that would lead alot of people to think that hes in the game, because its the first time that character has even been shown in a game i think.

But wait until Tuesday for whatever the surprise is. Unless you've got some kind of linked source, just wait for Tuesday.

He was shown with Goutetsu in SFZ1.

The double air fireball is the EX air fireball.

Both projectiles move pretty slow.

I like how people say something is confirmed and then give no such link or proof whatsoever to back that up. Good shit.

BTW Kunimitsu is confirmed for SFIV also and as well.
