Internet + College Courses = FAIL

This is a QQ post... tada?

Anyway... i was told that i would have 50 minuets to complete an online quiz for my accounting class. There were 21 questions on the quiz and i started it at 9:08 pm. I get to the last two problems getting 5 questions wrong to that point and i go to access the 2nd to last question and it says i am locked out. At this time my computer read 9:52pm as did my microwave and cellphone.

I e-mailed my professor because before i had began the quiz i had looked at the last 4 questions and knew the answer to all 4. I hope that he either will give me those two questions or allow me to answer them to him in class. I guess i should have done those 4 first /facepalm.

Those two questions make or break the grade... it's either a low C or a D... and i need a 2.7 average in the class... and my average atm is only a 2.4 >_<

No idea... the test is timed... so it is possible. It wasnt suppose to be unviewable after grading either and it is.

Yeah we do all our tests online and shit, and if anything happens to your comp, you get locked out. I know your pain. Sometimes I would just prefer pencil and paper.

I had a similar experience. My teacher said that the test was due by midnight on 12th. So around mindight the 11th I decide to do it, apparantly she had decided that midnight the 12th meant the second it became the 12th. Luckily I wasn't the only one that this happened to and managed to get the test re-opened.

All my math classes had online homework.

Calc, stat, discrete, linear, de, logic.


If you get used to it then it's actually easier because when working in word you can copy/paste, edit, ctrl z, etc.

When I just started though I wasn't used to it and it was annoying.

Never been a big fan of online classes. Always preferred being in the actual class.
Of course i do understand if you have to take online courses if you have a busy schedule. My moms currently taking online classes to get her bachelors degree.

i fucking hate online classes with a passion! right im enrolled in one because there are no sociology teacher on campus :tdown:
i always say ima log in to do work but i always end up here on srk instead :/
