So, I just bought a 200 dollar Virtua Fighter 4 evo cab yesterday from Craigslist. The guy had four machine... three turds, and this one. All for 200 each. He had some crappy game from the late 80s with a hand made marquee for 200, and THIS with original art and move sheets for 200. What a fool. So, I went there, took the cab, and gutted it, taking out the Naomi2 hardware, I/Os, marquee, art... left the shitty cab behind. The GD rom, Naomi2, etc is worth at least 500 alone. What a fool.

the average person on craiglist is pretty stupid though.

they ask questions that are answered on the listing and will ask for trades or bargains even if you mention in the list that you are firm on the price.

hey guys, I'm just excited to get a retardedly good deal on something. The thing the kills me is he was trying to teach me about what to do and so on, and was incredibly wrong the entire time. I just nodded and thanked him. Truthfully, I was trying to get the hell out of there as fast as I could. lol

If he would have done just a tiny hair of home work, he would have found that the board alone could fetch 350, never mind the game/gd rom/etc ... but, I'm happy as hell, so it's all good!

My normal findings on Craigslist is the fact that things are usually entirely too damn much. So, I found it refreshing that this was way way way too cheap. lol
