Ryu vs Vega

Ok im having a lot of trouble with this matchup.
The Vega's i been playing are always crouching and clawing away at me.
Or just spamming those unblockable air attacks!
Does anyknow know any Strats/Techniques to stop the spamming and cheapness of Vega?
