Vs Guile, meaty sonics, sweep spam?

Ive come across this a couple times online now. Guiles knock me down, do a meaty sonic boom as I get up, into a sweep, rinse repeat. I dont know if its just my not adapting to sf4 timing yet or online lag but I have trouble landing wakeup 360s. 720s no problem, but its not like I always have one ready. I block the boom, and try to quick lariat the sweep, but doesnt always get close enough before he recovers.

just block the sonic boom and let him do the rh. Then jump up and headbutt if he gets close. Or, if you have the opportunity, ex running bear grab to absorb the first hit and then grab him.

The best thing to do would probably wake up ex banish.

Also why are getting sweeped every time? Why not guard? Quick lariat needs to be close to hit, needs to be far to not hit.

If you block the first hit of Roundhouse, EX Banishing flat is free. Gotta have good timing, but Guile's that do low RH are huge idiots.

you can even spd between sweeps but the flat is a better choice.
