Hey guys. I've been messing around with practice mode and trying to get details ironed out. Basically, some of you may have noticed that you can land 3 jabs and then a crouching fierce (HP) Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't. This depends on the size of the character, the way they react to hits etc. So, I decided to test everything out and share with you, since this information is only relevant to Ryu players so...

heres how it works. There are two lists, Large and Small. Characters in the Large list will be hit by three jabs and then a crouching fierce. Small characters will only be hit by two. As an added bonus, I've also tested crouching strong (MP) on the same characters to be thorough. Characters with a WS next to their name indicates "Wide Stance" and 3 jabs and crouching strong will hit.
That's basically it. I've also included some notes and comments at the end since there are a couple of gray areas, but for the most part, this is a solid list. here goes.
LARGE:
Chun Li (WS)
Blanka (WS)
Dhalsim (WS)
Honda (WS)
Zangief (WS)
Gouken (WS)
Claw
Fuerte*
Rufus (WS)
SMALL:
Akuma
Fei Long* (WS)

* = Extreme timing. Your jabs have to be super fast. 2 jabs are safe, so it may be safer to just consider these people as small. Good luck. :nunchuck:
** Sagat is small in every way. Except for some reason cr. MP cr. MP cr. Fierce Hurricane Kick will combo. I'll edit this list as I do more testing. Try it. :hitit:
*** Boxer has the smallest stance. You can't even land 3 crouching jabs. If you need that third jab, remember to stand up before you use your sweep or crouching forward.
