Blanka v. Sagat

I'm having a big problem with Sagat matchups. I can't seem to get inside at all. He's the only matchup in which I feel truly paralyzed. Anyone have a strategy for getting in and doing some damage?

Gonna close this out. Viscant gave up a lot of good info in that thread...def read up and rep him for it (Magus and Mullah as well).
