Just to answer the question, he's probably saying "Marseilles", and pronouncing it as "MAR-SA-LAY"....which is probably how that word is supposed to be pronounced.

Not sure about the EX, but I think it's just a generic grunt: "Yuh!" That's my guess.

EX Tornado Throw is "OK!" I think, but I may be confusing that with EX Change of Direction.

And a lot of the japanese voice acting (e.g. Ken, Ryu) sounds just as overdramatic as the english, only it's not in my language so I can pretend it's not as horrible when it's in Japanese.

When a fighting game forum says "character discussion" it's how to play and utilize the character to it's fullest. What he says or why he says it has nothing to do with any of those, thus it's a waste of time and bandwith.

At that point, anything else would be a complete and total waste of bandwidth, according to your logic. As for being a waste of time... well, you saw the title of thread. He says "Garage Door" as in the down ward force of the wheel kick has the for of a garage door descending upon you. Well at least that's what I envision.
