Need help against friend

So I play my friend (RYU)

I mean my skill is good and hes good too but i usually beat him.

He would camp with hadokens. when I jump over them, or headbutt, he jumps in and throws something out when I crouch and block. and hes too far for a TAP to land. I like a turtle balrog, so he will either follow up with C LK>hadoken, then jump away, or just straight grab me. how can I approach/avoid this? thanks

Learn to tech a throw -- help a lot once he tries to throw you.
TAP while holding your charge -- After you tap, before he does anything, do a dash straight.

Use focus then dash back as soon as hadoken hits you then jump the next hadoken right before it hits you. Thats what i do it pisses most scrubs right off and they get reckless then you punish them with an ex dash straight :l::r: + :mp::lp: if they keep on hadoken spamming.

:mk: +:mp: then :l::l: as soon as it hits you watch out for ex fireball tho.

a good way to practice this is go to training and put sagat or ryu to cpu and just try and find your rythm of working this in

i would do headbutt over them to build super meter which in turn lets you use ex dash straights and overheads to ruin his fire balls.
try pushing him into the corner, use some really easy attacks for this like wail on crouching jab and just keep doing things to gain meter because every time he fireballs hell end up eating an ex move.
once hes in the corner go to town on him, you should be able to outpoke him pretty easily.

Let him shoot his fireballs, build up your revenge meter. Having a revenge meter at full health is such a scary thing if you're the opponent. This will eventually force him to change his strat.

Hit him out of the air with a c.fierce. He can't just jump in to get back on the offensive.
