Bison's Kara Throw

Ok sorry if this question has been asked already, but I've searched around and can't find it... I apologize if this is a stupid question, but go easy on me, I'm a noob :wasted:

Ok does Bison have a useful Kara throw? If so: how I do it? I tend to throw a lot when I play so knowing how to do it would really help me out.
