El Fuerte's EX Run Has 2 Hits Hyper Armor

Has anyone figured out what makes Fuerte have double armor? I just won a match because I ran through two airfireballs (akuma) followed by Tostada Press. I kept running at a endlessly shocking Blanka, and I would absorb two shocks before getting hit about half the time.

If you run backwards, in the corner, you get 2 hits absorbed before you hit the wall, and 2 after. So you can get up to four. But you absorb four hits and then get thrown that's like 70% of your life. :lol:
