Aksys: The PS3 patch is coming soon... sorry guys

I thought I'd just chime in here to say that a patch is coming for the PS3 which will address the online issues some of you may have experienced, we're just waiting on the requisite approvals. Also, some localization issues were fixed as well as the addtion of double-blind selection in ranked matches. Oh, and for you rage quitters, if you do it enough times you'll get a redflag on your PSN name in the game. You may now go about your business.

So yeah, the double blind selection in ranked will be in, the online code will be fixed up and be the same of the 360 version and we get a system to mark down ragequitters.

only the jap version got the patch. u.s hasnt yet.on ps3 that is. so right now jap version cant play u.s ppl till that patch hits.if u try to play it will say failed to join room.right now im suffering bc im on the jap version lol

Probably because you're on the 360 version. I believe it's only us PS3 users that are having this problem until the patch.

I haven't got blazblue yet due to the national holiday in Canada. So thank god you haven't got much people to play, it makes me feel better. :wink:

I dunno about you guys but all my replays (like two of them) ceased to work after the patch. Says the replays aren't compatible with this version of blazblue or something. Not a big deal since I didn't have anything too spectacular but if this happens everytime there's a new patch, that might be a problem =/

EDIT: The online however is ridiculously fluid. Played a few matches without any lag.

Before it was SF4 online, now it's lagless.

I still get this after the patch :(. In fact now I get more games with 1/x but showing full. Guess im going to the 360 version AGAIN:tdown:

hmm yea that does sound funky. I even tried my connection from work, and we are a billion dollar company......still seeing all full games and low connections. I was able to join one game and it was smooth but dipped a little now and then.

I got the 360 version as well and will try that tonight to see how dramatic the difference is.
