Hercules Beetle is probably the only one I'll agree with all the way. Proportionally strongest animal on Earth by a long shot = cool. Can't they lift like 300-700x their own body weight?

Praying Mantises and Stag Beetle are okay, I guess.

Praying Mantises and Stag Beetle are okay, I guess.

Also stag beetles, kuwagata, rhinoceros beetles have jaws, that if I recall correctly are somewhere in proportion to 100 times a humans in strength.

also according to wikipedia the average carrying weight is around 850 times.

Also if anyone remembers bug fights here's an epic wrestling battle between two stag beetles.

-Who thinks 'A Pup Named Scooby Doo' blows the original Scooby Doo out the water?

Nope.

-That thinks Helena Bonham Carter actually looked hotter as an ape in Planet of the Apes?

No way.

-Who thought it was Toby Maguire playing Kevin in Sin City in the beginning and not Elijah Wood?

Not me.

-That thinks Smurfs ice cream is one of the best flavors ever created?

Never tried it.

-Who thinks 'Jonny Quest Versus The Cyber Insects' is one of the most under-appreciated animated features ever?

Don't remember that one.

-That thinks some some simple flash games are more fun that fully fledged games?

Some of them do, some of them don't. Depends on what game you're comparing them to.

-Who thinks praying mantises, hercules and stag beetles, are the coolest insects ever?

They do look cool, yes.

-That thinks longterm outdooring in the wilderness would be fun if only there was an adequate toilet substitute?

It'll be a good alternative for city life, that's for sure.

Yes, yes it does...

-That thinks Smurfs ice cream is one of the best flavors ever created?

For awhile I did... but you try new things, meet new people etc etc

-Who thinks 'Jonny Quest Versus The Cyber Insects' is one of the most under-appreciated animated features ever?

Yes, it was awesome even though I only watched it once

-That thinks some some simple flash games are more fun that fully fledged games?

I played a lot of awesome flash games in my time (not the shitty hentai/ dress flash games either lol) but yeah plenty of awesome Sonic, Mario, Megaman, the list goes on if your not just on newgrounds

-Who thinks praying mantises, hercules and stag beetles, are the coolest insects ever?

I'm not much of a bug person but a Pray Mantis got on my hand before, it was pretty cool

-That thinks longterm outdooring in the wilderness would be fun if only there was an adequate toilet substitute?

Sure, but only if toilet paper and hand sanitizer is included otherwise the toliet will only be half as useful imo...

I hated the regular Scooby Doo show, and was very annoyed by all the one-dimensional character's hijinks. A pup named Scooby Doo was amusing to me because it was parodying the old show's stupidity.

Even though I DO have some tiny furry fetishes (Felicia, Ms Briggs, Cleo from Heathcliff...) No way...!

-That thinks Smurfs ice cream is one of the best flavors ever created?

nope. Haagen Daz "Cookies'n Cream" for the win!

-That thinks some some simple flash games are more fun that fully fledged games?

Ultimately, no... but this one kicks ass! (Atryu recommends: "Play it when you're high!"):

Bugs suck! they've always sucked, I hate bugs! ...none of them is "cool", they're just slimy and disgusting!

-That thinks longterm outdooring in the wilderness would be fun if only there was an adequate toilet substitute?

hmmm... no. even I had a toilet substitute, I would miss my car, my 46" TV, my playstation, internet, the latino bar downstairs and Pizza&hookers-delivery-services.

And wtf is up with the johnny quest cartoons always showing minorities dying a certain way all the time remember those deaths? They always go AIIEEEEEE!! everytime they are about to die: Blacks, Asians, Hispanics, and etc. They always die making that sound. One episode of The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest (because the adventures he had when he was younger were all fake) where these marine scientist opened up a crevice where ancient predatory fish monsters appeared and started slaughtering everyone in the underwater compound was one of the most terrifying things I've ever seen, even as an adult that episode would still creep me out.

SRK is like the only place on earth where people (especially me) seem to hate the original show. Everyone else seems to loves the original piece of crap like it's mana from heaven. Cartoon Network used to do like 12 hour reruns which is why I picked up reading books.

Those animators were so freaking lazy that even the ending when Scooby licks cotton candy off his face only his tongue was animated and his body was painted the background.

You're not the only one. I really liked the campiness of the original Scooby-Doo, plus I consider that theme song to be the best of them all.
