Nobody uses him seriously. Why not? Besides, he walks like the floor is cold, and his s. fp looks like he is attempting to shake your hand. As a bonus, all of his kick attacks are drawn horribly awkward. These are the benefits of the Kyokugen-ryuu Ougi.
