If you wish to obtain one of the exact distances where the kick begins, you could use several blocked strings or fierce > standing strong in their face.

If your in their face, you could also do low jab x 2, low short, standing strong/low forward (blocked string) to push'em there. At this range, Chunny can go through fireballs with her Hoyoukusen at level 1 so stay sharp.
