S-groove blanka

i'm trying to find an anchor for my S-groove team, and i think blanka might be the one (he is for my A-groove team). any tips/strats with S-groove blanka that are different from his other grooves? what are his best dodge attacks?

blanka's best doge attack is electric attack
jus doge and mash punch.

and learn to do his super where he stands up and electricity is around him.

but that has a shit load of lag to it at the end, so it's highly punishable. does it have very good priority?

I believe all level 1 supers have the same priority, Shout of the Earth being no exception. I may be wrong.

I think he might mean to do cross up Direct Lightning against get up. Totaly retarded that it can basicly become a guessing game.
