Cammy VS. Captain Commando

I believe Cammy can own Captain Commando. What do you people think? Captain Commando is usually used for his anti-air assist. This assist basically does most of the work and damage. How can Cammy's anti-air assist counter Captain Commando's anti-air assist safely? I know Cammy will own Captain Commando on point, but his assist can be a problem.

It's all about when you call the assist and placement of the assist. Cammy's assist cannot be damaged on the way up......unless some sort of projectile gets in the way first but even then it's on the way down.
