You don't need to set up a paypal account, WE already did that, all you have to do is supply us with your personal info so we can open it for people to donate money.

Last, you DID say you were good. You bashed lots of peoples match vids. If you are going around saying how bad other people are, you must be pretty good to cast such judgements. Also, you said the SBO finals were boring and that you could beat those guys. If you claim you can beat Tokido, then you must be REALLY fucking good right?

after talking to a portugese consulate if we give u the money and dont hold up your end of the bargain there is nothing u can do now if we have the account and purchase the ticket which will be a e ticket and u miss your flight with telling me withing a timeframe u cant make it which i give 10 days before the flight to give me a reason you cant come i can then sue you from here for the wasted money and win without you being present (my sister is a lawyer) so sorry it has to be that way

I never flame you, but I think you are now acting a little childish, probably because of all these other idiots out there trying to make you come to US to rape you in game X. Asking for a green card is plain stupid. Nobody here can get you a green card. You know that, so stop acting like a spoiled kid.

This is my advice... it is not an insult, but you should try to keep your serious if you don't want to be banned for X reasons. Moreover, you gain nothing by talking like that.

To everyone else:
It is quite unfortunate that you guys need badly to prove to whoever care how great you guys are against a total stranger. Master Akuma is someone you never meet, and that has high requirements: First he want the money, and a green card, a special hotel, just to play (and probably lose) some old fighting games like KOF98(I love KOF98 and still play it once a while).

In case you don't realize, it doesn't make any sense. First you could just play him online. You don't need to bring someone from so far. This is not Daigo... and even for Daigo, I would not waste my money like that. I rather go to Japan than him coming to US. If Master Akuma has a bad internet connection, he could play from work or from his friend house.

Now, if you really sincere and want him to come, I advice you NOT to give him the money, but to send him the airplane ticket. That way you know he is not going to just keep the money to himself. You could reserve his hotel later on if he is really coming and organize an open tournament. Bring your digital cameras too.
Well that's the "dream side" of the story.

What I am more worry about is that paypal account. I think it is more made for one guy to steal money of other SRK members.

The problem is that Master Akuma have said that he is a very good player, but worse than that, he has criticized recognized players' (Gunter and Ino) gameplay and claiming he can beat them.

The main problem against Master Akuma is that he speaks first, then he cannot backup his statements by using an "its an opinion" argument. In other words, he wants to make noise as if he was a top player without proving to be a top player.

Some people here don´t accept different opinions about some subjects, we live on a free world (at least my wolrd here is free) and I have the right to make my onw opinions about any subject that I want, if some people don´t like or don´t agree then it´s just fine with me.

I think sometimes the flames around here are so funny that I enjoy to laugh, stuff like: "we gonna sue you if you waste our money" make me like this: :D :lol: and the most funny thing other times is that I think that some people here think that any flames can hurt my feelings :)

Akuma: the problem is that you are stating your opnions as if they were facts. It is not until the point when you are being contested that you go back and say that they are just opinions.

Probably the main example is the way you said that there is no way that Zangief can beat a Shoto in Alpha 2, and you provided your personal experience as evidence. Problem is, that your personal experience cannot be used as evidence since it is not an example of gaming at a competitive level. The problem is that your point was "Zangief cannot beat Shotos" instead of "at least for what I have seen, Zangief has not been able to beat Shotos". Worse, you don't even seem to be open-minded on the fact that Zangief can actually beat Shotos in any game when used properly.

In the case of the CvS2 SBO final the main problem was not the fact that you said that the finals were boring (most people agree on that), but that you said that proven, top ranked players do not know how to play the game because they were using the same move over and over. There is a reason why Tokido was abusing the same moves, but you still do not seem to understand that.

Actually, no. Of course, this is assuming that you sign a document or contract that you are actually going to participate. If you chicken out at the last moment and such document is signed, then I don't see why they cannot sue you.

Of course you are not forced to sign such contract, but if everything is in place and you do not sign such contract, you would be pretty much forfeiting the challenge, showing that you have nothing to back your word with.

Thats the thing, you DIDN'T say or post any vald flaws in their game play. And when one posts negative feedback, typically they give advice on how to approve.

Jester is obsessed with you because you flamed his vid without any proof as to whether or not your skill was above his. Couldn't it be that maybe his strageties are just a few levels above yours and you couldn't comprehend what was really going on.

You seem to be forgetting that all the money that needed for the 2 plane trips and the hotel isn't going to appear instantly. It could take weeks to months to get everyone to donate enough money. And they can't start donating money if you haven't given your info yet, as if you don't give your info, the account can't be set up.

Now this hestitation seems to be nothing more than you backing away. So IF we give you your date, you won't give your name til the week of, so then it'd be impossible to get all of the money rounded up. It's not like thousand dollars just instantly appears in a paypal account.

You don´t know how wrong you are, if you think for 2 seconds you will see that in order to download any combo vids from my site people will need to register and with that I can see what IP is downloading to much or not, as soon 1 IP start downloding way to much the same vid in one day or day after day downloading the same vids: Banned. You do know that people can change their IPs, go filter them through proxy servers. So when you track it, you end up with a different ISP than what people really have. Not to mention hubs and gateways which also give you a different IP address.

In my previous forums (the old forums from my site) infested panasca was there with some folks from here and I was banning without the *.* then was not working... but as soon I banned with *.* on the last places they didn´t ever boder me there again and since the new download system start working I saw that the same vids were not getting downloaded so many times like in the past :) (so the new system is working) and infested panasca is mad.

Well, I had enought of this for now, and one last note to the trip thing: if they want me there then they will need to give me the right date (wich days of wich month and exact location) so I can cordinate with my job to see if I can go there or not on the selected days, if they don´t send me this info then I will ignore them, in case of any news about this thing of me going there infested panasca can e-mail me about it.

I gotta go now, I´m going to enjoy the rest of weekend to relax and setup some stuff for Xmas.

1). Give Bacardi_J3d1 all of the needed info to create the paypal account.

2). Donators start to donate money

3). After all needed money has been donated (low end figure of this would be figured out by finding out the average price to fly from whereever you live to the west coast, number of days approximated for your length of stay for cost of hotel/motel, then plane flight back). You then figure out which days you can get off. and the length of time you can be away (ask the supervisor a few weeks to a month or so in advance and see if you can take 3-4 days off). Then that way we'd be able to tell the people that you'd play what days you're here and they can arrange their schedule to play you or whatever.

4). Tell us the days that your boss will let you have off so you can come here.

5). Either you or we will get plane reservations and hotel reservations (via online or over the phone).

6). Act on the plan.

But all of that can not happen til you give Bacardi_J3d1 your name and whatever info he needs.

The way you seem to be doing it is this
1) we give you dates

2) your boss says no or yes

3a(no)) you tell us, and we give you another date

3b(yes)) give us your info and people start donating money

4a(no)) repeat 1, 2, 3 til he says yes

Wow thats alot, maybe it has something to do with the season? I go to the Philippines every year in February, but I wait until after January 1 to buy the ticket because the price goes way down, and not just because of the holidays, it has to do with the season as well. A round trip ticket would cost me around $1400.00 from Newark to Manilla, after Januray 1 it goes down to about $800.00, and one year it went as low as $650.00. Not that it matters though, as Master Pussy is clearly backing out of this as expected.

Kenshin Vol.1 was a Basic demo just to show how "usefull" Joe can be as striker on KoF 2000 with any character.
I'm sure that Kenshin will release better and "harder" combo vids in the future, I saw some examples from other games where he made some combos and it's really nice (for example in KoF 02)

The Breaker's revenge's one sucked too, and why not Dao Long too? He has better combo ability than the other bitch.

The CotA combos were weird, but I won't comment there, I didn't play the game, but I think everyone will agree, using 4super with Doom to do 40%dmg is lame.

On rival schools I agree, breakers I don't really agree but ok..

KoF player made some really nice stuff on KoF 97 and KoF 98 (and you asked why boder making vids on older games? --> because there's many people that loves older games like KoF 97 or KoF 98)

Kenshin: his Vol.2 will be much better, I had combos from another game that he sent me (way better) but he choosed to make that (basic demo striker on koF 2000) just give him some time and you will see better combos coming.

and one of our new members (Crying Demon kyo) made a great job on his Vol.1 (KoF 2000)

most of the combos arent pratical at all ..they're more so exhibiton combos really it was like seeing MVC2 vid b4 the game came out saw how many infinates there were and i was goin crazy like holy shit this game is gonna blow fuckin monkey balls but it was just on a still character so in match play alot of thoes particular infinates wont apply.

looks like the vids were made more just for fun not to be criticed by hotheads that are expectiong groundbreaking evolutionary stuff come on ..

ok when we look at SRK and Akumacombos .. yes akumacombos is full of n00bs but hell where ya gonna start at the top of the ladder no .. by releasing the vids its like a boost of confidance to the player that did them and well in effect to that they will keep playin and will learn the dynamics of the games and hell for all we know there may be another Justin Wong or alex valle out there and all he needed was a start ..

SRK bad place to start cause everyone wants to flame a new guys vid .. granted most of them arent that great but take it with a grain of salt they may have just picked the game up not to long ago and are looking for a " Ego boost" .

The fact that you'd say that it isn't tells a lot. Then you say Zangief sucks in direct contradiction with players from the entire world on SRK....etc. etc. This isn't a flame from my part, this is actually me crying bullshit on you.

This is actually a great place to start posting vids, but they're NOT practical if you use:
a) cheats
b) higher damage settings

If you hadn't noticed, you can see that the people who spoke against Akuma being anything remotely close to a god in terms of making combos, registered way before the people who said he was. Most people here are a part of various fighting game communities.

SC2 just happens to be one of them.

But that's still funny, thinking MA makes good combos, heh.

Actually, he didn't state that it was just his opinion only after his posts backfired on him.

This is similar to his combo videos. He didn't start saying they are "basic and practical" combos until it was evident that his combos were nothing extraordinary. Funy thing is, that his combos often fails into the "basic and practical". Basic yes, practical no, since often they are just a waste of meter. Someone tell me why it is more practical to do a lv. 2 Kikoshou into a lv. 1 Houyokusen instead of a lv. 2 Houyokusen into a short SBK into a lv. 1 Kikoshou (which BTW, first appeared in a James Chen video, and that is what I would call "basic and practical", since the damage/precision ratio is high).

The only advantage that lv. 2 Kikoshou > lv. 1 Houyokusen ofers is that it sets up for the crossup, but is still less practical than say, a lv. 2 Houyokusen > lv. 1 Houyokusen not only because it makes less damage, but because a Kikoshou is nowhere as comboable as a Houyokusen. But then, if you are going for crossups, its even better to go for the three crossups with lv. 1 Houyokusens since it opens a lot of more options.

You gotta give Mater Akuma credit, though. He is not that stupid. He knows that most of the evidence that puts him on shame is gone with the last forum dataloss and he is using that on his advantage.
