-Here are the details: Basically have chipp on the left of the av, give him sort of a blue aura or something. And my other pic (the star) have it on the right of the av, and put a caption on it that says "X-04". And of course, the words on the star picture have nothing to do with the av, just rip the star out from the pic.
Give it an overall blue colour look.
-Or if you can do it this way which is harder to do, make chipp in the center with the blue aura, and put the star behind him but his aura would be transparent so you can still see the star, and make a bg of your choice, but still give it an overall blue colour look.

This should go without saying,but I will not take requests from av whores. I background check everyone that asks for an av.So if your an av whore dont waste you time.

Also, please dont ask me for an avatar unless you plan on using it, or at least give me a reason as to why you dont want to use it they are both exeptable. It is very discouraging when someone asks for an av and I go to all the trouble of making it, just for them to dissapear off the face of the earth. Im sure many other av makerz are faced with this problem, I ask that you give them the same respect.

Dark_hado: The background,the font, and the file size should not be a problem,but the reason I cut off akumas hair off is because he didnt have any there to begin with.You see the hight of the akuma pic you gave me is just under 200 pxl's so I might be able to fix it if I can resize his head but than that would mean I would also have to resize ryu's, wich might take up to much room...hmm dont worry i'll think of somethin,but if you have any input I would be glad to hear it.

If you don't mind, there are a few revisions that I would like you to do, mainly for your own benefit, because I think it will help the piece, and you can learn from the revision.

First, change the font. Prefferably, you should use a bit-mapped font. If not, go with a san-serif font like arial or impact. Serif'd fonts are hard to read at small sizes. Either way, you should be using a font that doesn't call attention to itself, and that functions as being an element that brings the piece together as a whole.

Second, move the name to the bottom left corner, or bottom center. The chun in the background and the name are competing for the same space while you have lots of empty space on the left side. Take advantage of the space that you have, and don't make the frame cramped in places when it is un-needed.

Third, bust out that airbrush tool. Sample the skin tones on chun and smooth out that noise. You are saving as jpg... make it worth it. The background looks fly and all, but that only accentuates the fact that the gifs in the foreground were dithered. Airbrush that shit down so that there isn't an obvious break between the different elements of the av.

Fourth, try moving the chun on the left up so that we can see her booty. That may or may not work, but keep in mind that you already have chun's face on the right and the best part of the source gif is chun's tight ass.

Lastly, you can optionally ignore all of the points that I mentioned, and you can tell me, "Rei, you are an elitist bastard!! Take what I give you and LIKE IT!!"

its width can be no greater than 200 pixels, the height no greater than 200 pixels, and the file size no more than 15 KB. everything else is just right... u don't need 2 do the bean dippidy thing but u can still get the "desi knights" kinda font thing i gave u right?¿?¿?

well well welll, I leave my thread for a little while and look at what happens.Oh well, in either case I came to inform everyone that I am discontinuing my avatar request thread on account of school just started and I am working full time. If hondaluva wants to take over my thread thats fine by me.And dark hado: I have come to the conclusion that you are simply asking to much for your avatar.I dont mean that in a bad way or anything its just that its really hard to keep something as complex as that under 15k. I will continue to work on your av in what little spare time that I have.(oh and I could not find any neo slasher fonts.Try a more common one.

Sorry, I didn't see that you had a question. Anyway, boot up that airbrush tool, and the eyedropper tool, and do something similar to what I have attached. The top one is your av, the bottom one is me doing a quick clean up job with the airbrush.
