Yeah I was just wonder what difference the face mask has when on or like more damage or reduced speeed so detail would be much appricated thank vega players new and old school!!!

No claw = less damage dealt to opponent
No mask = more damage recieved by Vega

I don't know about the Yun thing, but Vega does have the lowest vitality in the game with no mask. Kyo has a 100% combo on him with no mask.
