Sean cross up question

One time my friend wuz playin' Sean. He did qcf+K and crossed me up with it (while I was standin' up of course). Does anyone know how you can do that and/or the situations that you can do it. I've went into practice and tried and tried and I can't seem to do it.

you can do it, it's with the qcf+MK but you have to get the right positioning. Also I think I did it easiest on crouching people if I remember correctly.
