HCB+hp at close range... watch out, i you don't land the noogie, you get a really laggy hp Yoga flame that they can often punish you from.

is that move the yoga flame or is this a totaly different move can someone explain to me what that move looks like and is it mashable???? if anybody knows please post it.:D
