Cross-up blanka ball

Crossing up the lvl3 or lvl2 blanka ball on wake up is well known, but today I swear that I crossed somebody up with a normal blanka ball on wake-up. He seemed to definitely get hit the other way, just wondering if anybody else has found this. I did a quick search, but couldn't find anything, sorry if this has been posted.

Yes you can. But unless you kill them with it, you will eat a huge combo even if you hit
