Ken Glitch

Does Ken Have a Glitch i read about it in a faq once but i was just wonder if anybody knew could they post it.

Ken's glitch is his air hurricane kick....
launch and do j.lk, hk.hurrikane kick (qcb+hk) it takes out more than half bar.....
