I'm not too sure about their rank, but I do know that Jiggabry lost his first round against Alex and was eliminated by JS master.
JS master beat only Jiggabry, so I think JS master placed 7th and Jiggabry 9th :eek: ExMatt didn't join.

Your best player just had a lot of bad luck during his matches, I still respect his skills, he's pretty good, but you know that in tournaments your execution can't be perfect.

Well I head out to orbit on thursday to meet roger, and some asshole is eating
McDonalds and sitting next to me while im hungry. Fuck you faggot

So I get to orbit and roger gets there. We then head to metro where XXL loses
eric's CvS2 game to me by blowing it. We play random games and its time to grab

After getting to Roger's house, I learned something that will change my life forever!!
JASON COLE!!

The mother fucking man Jason Cole. It was so damn funny, mixed in with The Cate's rushdown/tri jumps in CvS2, Its an unbeatable character. Danny bitches for 2hours about how marvel is crap, so he plays punch out til 4am trying to beat Mike Tyson but hes too drunk to move out of the way :lol:

The next day Roger's mom makes the best turkey sandwiches in the world and eric says he has to do something. And then we realized when eric said he was going with XXL, we gave his spot to the Cate. So XXL doesnt go and eric gets fucked and has to take the bus. Oh well. The car ride was all about Jason Cole, we even found his own song!!

So ya we get to montreal in 3hours 40minutes, beating Roger's previous record of
3h 45m. But we get lost for 2 fucking hours. We call XXL and the man is the truth. He guided us the right way. We asked Jason Cole but he was wasted and gave us the wrong directions. Its ok Cole we're not mad at ya.

So we get there and Veasana or however his name is spelt has like a 5game streak
which turned to 24 by the end of the nite.

I got owned all day in MvC2 so I didnt join, I joined 3s instead which was my
SF Highlight of the trip.

After getting owned by Arcade Kid in CvS2, he informs me that we are playing
3s. . . well im like "cool at least i wont think im gonna win" So I lost, owned crazy.

Then I have to play Temujin like 20minutes later. Im like "aw shit my 3s tourney
lasted like 20minutes!!" But I beat him somehow.

Then I have to play Will. Im like "Oh shit its the unfair match." Hes like
"No its only toronto people left really." Im like "No not that, the white
people always eliminating eachother" So we played and by some freak event
I won :eek: then i had to play some random mtrl urien guy and blew it
cause urien is cheap.

CvS2:

1st game: I ocv the guy
2nd game: arcade kid I got OCV'd (my p-groove did)
3rd game: I ocv'd the guy again
4th game: Mana-Boy. OMG I so could of beat him cause he's crap!! Na just
kidding Rene. It was a close match but i messed up my CC cause i cant do it going left
5th game: I scammed my way back into the tournament!! But I had to play Jason Cole and Lost :(

Highlights:

-Talking about Jason Cole and the Cate
-Bunning 4 spliffs in one session and getting Dennis Kim High!!!!
-Roger's Tough driving skills
-Hitting JD with Hop super twice!! (on PS2 controller!!)[while high as fuck!!!]
-How hard it was to get from JD's front door to the road :lol: it was soo icy
-Bry coaching Dennis while he played War3 for like 20minute straight. Didnt stop talking once :lol:
-I own JS in GGXX as well
-Roger: "Everything sounds different here, even the buses seem to have an accent" :lol:
-JD messaging me just now telling me he found my hat!!!! too good
-Beating good players in 3s :eek:
-The way JS looks when you're high :lol: A must see.
-The Cate's TV :eek: holy crap the thing took 1minute to heat up before it came on!

We have adapters to let people play it with an Agetec or a converted MASStick or a PS2 controller

Why play the same game on a TV when you can play it on a monitor?

justin: this isnt a shot at ur skill or anything, but when u do ez stuff like jump gun grenade theres little room for error since ur doing simple things, but when u try to even use magneto, rushdown with storm or spit xx fly HP with sent shit almost never comes out, plus the HP on 2p side sticks. now im not saying i dont screw up a lot, but emtc marvel might as well be cvs2...yeah its that bad

So I talk to Gerjay this morning and he figures we should add CvS2 to the tournaments on the day. Byron is excited because he doesn't have to play casual all afternoon. Jason goes to get him and I grab Shumayel who makes me wait ten minutes in the driveway because he's playing N64 and no one in his family figures to tell him "Justin is waiting in the car" despite me telling his younger brother "tell Shu Justin is waiting in the car." Brilliant.

We can't play MvC2 because Teddy still hasn't gotten out of bed at 1:30pm (JESUS CHRIST!). Matt makes it over (did he even bother to buy Pirates Of The Carribean?) and we start CvS2 because Alex is crying like a little girl about having to leave by 4:00pm.

MARVEL VS CAPCOM 2

Vs Hayvren (1st Round): I played Hayvren in casual and he busted me up pretty good. He uses "Team Sentinel First" except he puts Cable first. I don't know how to fight all this trap stuff where I can't move out of the corner despite being pelted from across the screen and he demolishes me first game. Second game he takes Sentinel first and I thought I could counter with Cable but I still suck and get smoked. I nearly got OCV'd but the Captain saved me from total disgrace.

Vs Matt (1st Round - Losers Bracket): Matt said something about Spiral Trap last night on IRC and now I see what he meant. He takes Ken/Spiral/Sentinel (I think that was the third guy) and I'm buried under swords. I didn't have a clue how to fight against this stuff. The last time I saw a good Spiral was T3 when Banshee (I think it was Banshee) shredded tons of people with it. That was one of those "I'll never be able to learn shit like that" moments. I'm sure I could figure out how to fight it in time. For now I get peaced out.

CAPCOM VS SNK 2

Vs Shumayel (1st Round): I think Shu took C Groove but I don't remember his characters outside of Akuma to start. Anyway, Shu seemed a bit rusty and wasn't flowing like usual. I beat him relatively easy both matches as it was back and forth until fighting Vega and then I shredded whoever his third guy was both games (I think Cammy was R2 but I could be wrong).

Vs Byron (2nd Round): The first match was total rape. His Sagat beat me from pillar to post and nearly OCV'd me. Second match was typical stuff with his Sagat beating me down and then making the major comeback with Vega. Sadly I wasn't able to beat out his Vega this timea round and I drop the set.

Vs Teddy (3rd Round - Losers Bracket): Teddy was slotted into the losers bracket after showing up late. By some act of God and through the miracle of The Highlight Of The Day he was able to beat Jason Wong 2 - 1. I need to get over the mental block of underestimating Teddy because he's beaten me in tournaments before. The first match was pretty much back and forth stuff until the end when I fell apart and his Chun Li busted me up. I took a quick walk and changed the order of my team. I put Vega first and Kim in the back and it changed everything. I rushed him down HARD with Vega and took down 2 and 1/2 characters. Guile cleaned up. Third match was relatively balanced. We went back and forth throughout and then I locked down with Kim and used C.U.R.T. system to get in some key damage and drain the clock.

Vs Gerjay (4th Round - Losers Bracket): I honestly don't like playing Gerjay at Skybox. We're both too big for that machine and it's really uncomfortable. Anyway, the first match my Guile unloaded on him for heavy damage and Vega cleaned up. Second match was more balanced but I couldn't take out his Bison in time despite putting on a late comeback and hitting Lvl3 Rush Super with Kim off the Psycho Crusher (I didn't think it'd work to be honest, it should have gone the other way considering the way I did the rotation). The third match was lots of fun with back and forth stuff. We get a full Kim against a full Bison and it comes down to the wire but I break his corner defense and the timer ran out.

Highlights:

Alex lying about Calvin's whereabouts fearing he'd win the tournament. :lame:

Teddy's delerious blabering after I wake him to come join MvC2. :wtf:

Beating Shu & Teddy in casual MvC2. :D

Somebody stole my entrance fee for MvC2. :mad:

MID AIR CROSS UP SUPER! :eek:

Worse than counter strike!? no way. auto aim in GB didnt even work half the time (may be it was just a bad hack tho). In CS the auto aim hack is completely broken, all you do is run around and the hack does that rest. add that with the speed and wall hacks, and you have one broken game.

you could still deal with it easier then GB atleast most of the time you knew when the people were hacking. Most servers i played on were fine though. Ive had virtually no problems with hackers on CS.

The trip report.

I was at dan's when joey calls, and tells me he can link an O of mushrooms. I jump at the chance, and within 20 minuts i'm at J's house with an O of mushrooms and 2 people to munch em with. Then Al shows up, and he wants to grab ooms too.

We start playin while playin marvel. I usualy don't have problems gettin zooms down, but these were terible. I can't even describe the tatse, plus the caps were crunchy, so that didn't help. I end up muchin 2.5 grams, and saved the rest to much a bit later (I just couldnt deal with the taste)

The zooms start to kick. I go to the bathrooms, cause my stomach wasn't feelin to well. i start tripin heavy in the bathroom, things in there began to warp in size, and for a few minuts, the walls were breathin. The neusea passes and i leave the bathrooms. Al fixes a cracked blunt (some how) and we go bun in J's cellar. Halfway through bunning, i look up at the celing, and it looks like there are two layers on it. One layer thats moving, and one thats not. Not exactly an extreme vuisual, but it was cool, cause DJ and Al saw it too.

We chill for a bit longer, listenin to the Roots (very chillen) and playin mario cart. We got a great kick outa playin bowzers castle, the speed was so high for some reason on that stage. After a lot of games, me and Al convince Jordan to let us go for a walk. Befor we leave Jordan says, "you guys are gonna freeze, and it's gonna be crap." Befor we go, i eat the rest of my zooms, and Al trades me a g for a dime (the g was bigged up tho, me and j kept buggin him)

We leave for the forest, smoke a joint, and start off on our walk. I take a piss. For some reason, while takin a piss, i can;t even feel my dick, all i could feel was warmth. I assumed i pissed on my self (i didnt) and even 20 minuts later i was still checkin if i did. Right after this, we have a smoke, and durin it, Al and DJ turn into nintendo characters.

We have a smoke, and and start to venture off into the snow. Normarly i would be bent about the cold, but on the zooms, my whole body felt liquid, it was realy weird. After treckin throuigh the snow for a while, we find a good spot.

we chill and have a smoke, May be it was the cold, or the mushrooms, but i started to feel realy sick. I throw up, but felt fine right after. I look at a log, and see my Ent. Now let me tell you, this log looked like a full out face, with bark growin up the sides. If you could take a picture of it from my memory, it could be in LOTR for sure.

We get lost in the forest, and were all freezin. We eventualy find our way back, and stuble into J's cold and tired. For all that hapened though, me and Al agreed we'd do it again. You gotta go to a forset on mushrooms, with out a doubt.

We just chilled after this andmoked some more. Nuthin really eventful that i can remember after this.

My peak had to be in the forest, there were 2 times while trippin, i felt like i was in another world.

1 more thing i forgot to add. Just befor we smoked the joint in the forest, all started fully spinting through the snow for smoke reason. It was so funny, just cause of the way he was runnin, and how random it was.

Just to let everyone know, there is no way I'm going to come from my own house to pick people up and drive back to my house. There is nothing that could be considered more out of the way than that.

DO NOT take me for granted as someone you can push around to get what you want out of me. I'm sick and tired of playing the nice guy all the time. It's turning me into a pushover now, and I can't stand it. Really, treat me with some respect if you want something.

I remember back at Jason's CT, people would complain when I took my stick from CvS2 to play my matches in 3S or Marvel. Truthfully, if you think you have any reason to complain about me not lending out what I PAYED FOR, then tell me. I'll give you a simple response of STFU (flub...) and tell you to go buy your own. If you are using my stick and I need it for a match, I WILL TAKE IT. I am not joking around. If you get stuck with J's stick or any stick you don't want to use and you expect me to play on anything but my stick, you are seriously treading in rough territory. I'm ready to bash someone in for bugging me so much.

Finally, this is directed towards two people. Calling me every hour asking for my stick really gets on my nerves. Clearly the first time I told you I had guests and was playing games with them, you didn't get the clue. And obviously the second time or third time you still didn't understand. When I tell you I'm busy and can't give you the stick, I EXPECT YOU TO STOP INTERUPTING ME. DO NOT take me for granted as someone you can push around to get what you want out of me. I'm sick and tired of playing the nice guy all the time. It's turning me into a pushover now, and I can't stand it. Really, treat me with some respect if you want something.

I remember back at Jason's CT, people would complain when I took my stick from CvS2 to play my matches in 3S or Marvel. Truthfully, if you think you have any reason to complain about me not lending out what I PAYED FOR, then tell me. I'll give you a simple response of STFU (flub...) and tell you to go buy your own. If you are using my stick and I need it for a match, I WILL TAKE IT. I am not joking around. If you get stuck with J's stick or any stick you don't want to use and you expect me to play on anything but my stick, you are seriously treading in rough territory. I'm ready to bash someone in for bugging me so much.

Finally, this is directed towards two people. Calling me every hour asking for my stick really gets on my nerves. Clearly the first time I told you I had guests and was playing games with them, you didn't get the clue. And obviously the second time or third time you still didn't understand. When I tell you I'm busy and can't give you the stick, I EXPECT YOU TO STOP INTERUPTING ME. Can you understand that I just completed all my exams and I needed relief from any stress that I may have had? Can you believe that your calling could have possibly ruined my time, since it also started ticking off my friends? And I still can't believe this was the second time. The first time I was playign game with Yang, and all you guys could do was phone me up and keep bothering me until I had to just ignore your calls. Really, have some respect.



Ok then, now that that's over with...

If you want me to come over today, I need a ride there and back. Or you would have to come over. Other than that, I can't get anywhere.



Well I'm not mad or anything, but people shouldnt assume that I'm going to be driving places, and then make plans based on that. Take Justin's CT for example and my mom not letting me drive there and people getting screwed out of a ride. And then to assume im gonna load up my van just because its a van is also stupid, that'd be the only thing that would probably piss me off on the whole driving issue.

Good enough, as long as my point was felt. I apologized to Teddy, because I guess my memory was a little shaky. I got lost because of the phone calls. Yes, he did ask for me to come over, it was Bry who phoned and only asked for my stick. And did it again on SRK the post above mine. That really set me off.

BTW, there were a series of things leading up to this also. In fact, it even includes my friends coming over. To tell you guys the truth, I was backed into a corner by my friends to give them all rides home. Knowing the snow and my dad's terrible car, I told them all I had to drive them to my house if they really needed rides. Truthfully, I wanted to come over to Teddy's yesterday, but since my friends were over I couldn't bring myself to make them all walk home in the snow, considering some of them would have over an hour walk to get home. . .


There's just a pile of stuff that really ticked me off that day, and a few days before. I really had to let some stuff out.

Firstly, it is out of the question to ask Justin to leave his house to pick you guys up and drive back to his house. While I appreciate your sentiments Jason, it isn't a huge deal for me to pick up a few of the Sauga Crew on the way back from Waterloo. I literally have to pass by Sauga anyway. Like I said before though; I need to know 100% that you have rides back though. If you don't and I find out after I've grabbed you, not only will I not drive you home but I won't give any rides to any Sauga players after that (think about how many people you may be screwing over as a result).

Lastly Jason; you really should have been sticking up for yourself a long time ago. You're too nice a guy (odd as that is to say) and if you see someone taking advantage of you, don't shrug it off like you used to; let them know about it. While your rant was called for, I'm sure it didn't have to be as lengthy if you spoke up more often.
