Balrog's Turn Punch

I saw a vid where he links his turn-puch to some kind of uppercut type (c-fierce, close s-forward..) I cannot link it for the life of me and i would like to know exactly which punch it is.


the uppercut has to buffer to his lv.2 as well, i know its out there cause ive seen it...

i think the vid your talking about had turnpunch into cr. fierce, level2, then headbutt.

just charge longer.
