Random funny story:

We had a half day today, so me and a few of my friends decided to go to this girl kandices house. We were chillen for a while, and right when we were about to go out and bun, her aunt comes home. Luckily we have a friend who lives just down the street who's rents are gone for a week, so we start to walk over there.

On the way there, we cross paths with a skunk. We name him stinky, and try to avoid him as best we can, but this skunk kept on waling with us 9from a far distance of course. One of my friends gets fed up with this dumb skunk and startrst to run at it. He then proceeds to run away from the skunk when he realizes it aint gonna move. We sneak by the skunk MGS styles, and arive at the guys house.

We go to his bathroom to run a hot box. It's only about half way thropugh the "hotbox" that i realize the window's open. I ask the guy what the deal is, and he starts goin on abiout how it's so much better with the window open (which if you smoke weed, you know is a complete lie).

After the Hotbox we realize that this guy, who is normaly pretty nice, is a HUGE bitch about his house. We go in the back of his house and in a high state of mind, we decide it would be jokes if we started throwin snowballs at his windows. We bomb the place with at least 10 snowballs, beofr the guy comes out, lookin really pissed of.

Guy: What the fuck are you doing?

Me; throwin snow balls

Guy: Why

Me: it's funny

Guy: You think thats funny!/ thatsd not funny.

He goes back inside, and we proceed to bombard his house with more snow balls.

This time he comes out in a more reasonable mood, and asks us nicly to not throw snow any more. We decide to stop, and we think the funb is done, but it's not.

One of my friends picks up a snaowball, throws it at me, i dodge it, and it hits the window dead on.

The guy comes out screamin and yellin about how he's gonna call the cops, and how were fuckin stupid. At one point i honestly thought he was gonna burst into tears. We all have a good laugh, grab our shit, leave, and go back to Kandice's, who had a better basment any way...

And thats my half day, some one throw a CT now...

They then go after me, trying to take my cd player. I've never been punked befor, and i didnt plan on gettin punked now. I wrapped my hands around my shit and didnt let go. One of them slammed my head into a wall, but it didnt even hurt. These guys were reall pussys, but had strength in numbers (hard to do any thing when theres like 6 hands reachin for your shit)

My freinds saw the whole thing happening, and when they started fucking with me, every one came to help. They weren't so tough when there we 30 guys ready to scrap em. They book it, we go after them, and they drive away.

Hopin they come back tommorow so we can beat the fuck out of em, and smash their car. On the a side not, the security gaurd there said he'll let us beat em up.

The Drunken race:

It's like 12:30 in the mourning, and me Al and Dan are all really drunk. Wre out side in the forest with a bunch of other peoplerunning a session (smoking weed for those that don't know the lingo). During the session, me Al and dan start to argue over who's fastest, and we decide to hold a race.

after a few minuts of debate, we decide the race should be down a hill, over this bridge, through a giant puddle (i'll get to this after) ending off in a strait away to the finish line.

this puddle was fucking huge, for now, there are officaly 6 great lakes with this beast in existence. in the middle of the puddle, the water easi9ly goes up to the ankle.

While preping for the race, the three of us decide to talk stratedy. Me and dan both make it known that we're planing on running through the puddle, so Al decides he has to too, if he wants to win the race.

We start the race, and Al takes the early leade, with dan and I a close second and third respectivly. We reach the puddle, and Al runs through. He must have the worst luck, because his jump land him not opnly right in the middkle of the puddle, but one leg ends up in a pot hole or some thing, and one leg is up to the knee in water. He recovers though, and goes on to win the race, with dan finishing second.

Why I lost:

I was pretty confident going into this bad boy, but right when i started running, i knbew i was done. I realized that at Alcohol+night+speed= blurriness. I had no clue where i was running, and my by the time we hit the bridge, i was running at bluured colors. The only way i managed to stay on path was by following the two blurs infront of me. If i had been in first place, i woulda been done. I still have no clue how i jumped that puddle with out getting that wet, drunk mans luck i guess...

well thats it for this story, stay tuned till some thing else happens to me.

Sorry we made you drag your camcorder out there Justin, but I'm actually glad you didn't tape James vs g3nn ... those matches were really shady. It was like the buttons wouldnt work when you needed them most. So many times: Cable lk lk -nothing- and stuff like that. I think James and Bry would both agree with me that those matches were not exactly a dazzling display of us at our best. And I dont think James or myself want people to think that's how we really play. :mad: I think I only won because James was getting really frustrated with the controls. I dont blame him - because they were the worst kind of fucked up buttons: the phantom fucked up buttons. Where they'll just die in the middle of a game deciding combo - but then when the techinician comes over to look at it, it's working fine :wtf: I actually dont know how they got like that - they were fine late friday night, and we come in right when Orbit opens the next day and they're broken. :confused: We'll definately need a rematch because that wasnt a satisfying set of games at all.

James I sure hope no one is stupid enough to flame/laugh at you. I'll gladly take their money for you. Most people cant do half the stuff they do in casual in a game that counts for something. I'm the complete opposite. Im a crackhead in casual but I stay ice cold when the pressure's on and usually that's what decides money matches even ahead of skill. You asked me to play politely so I didnt mind driving you and I even said forget about the money after the games - but anyone who talks shit to you can find their own way down here and I'll even take their bus fare for getting back.

It'll take me forever to convince them that at least a few of you are cool and aren't deserving of that image. And that's not happening in the one random time I see one of them at Orbit over a span of 2 months.
Thirdly, I doubt they'd play if it's on american sticks - and consequently, I doubt they'd want to borrow your american stick if it's console.

I think its obvious I am basing this on when I have last seen you guys play. Have you played exmatt yet? He is still pretty good as is Teddy. If you have played these two then I would agree that you are in a better position than I am to make judgement.

Crisis Zone is only 50 Cents. Any ways went to fairvew mall. went to the arcade thats owned by the same company as skybox. They have 2 marvel machines and so much compatition. The dmg was really high but meh. And the scrubiest person there can do the IM inf which really surprised me. So any ways why can't we take 1 of the marvel machines. I mean like wow its perfect, Triangle jumps are so easy to do. They also had 4 initial D version 2 and Cvs2 cabinet thats similar to our marvel cabinet. but it was fixed, and They had Svc. And the arcade guy can acc. fix machines and always has extra buttons. That arcade is so fucking sick.

So yeah a fight breaks over Jitz which was halirious. fuk cant we steal 1 of their marvel machines and one of their initial D version 2 then maybe erin mills wouldn't suck

How were you able to garner all of this information from a single visit? Their scrubbiest player can do IM Infinite? They always have extra buttons? Where'd you get all this from?

On the flip side of things, Jason is right about the perspective of business as it relates to arcades. If you have a strong enough community of playres, then the ownership takes the time to invest in the machines. BCC was a prime example, that arcade shut down (instead of moved when Best Buy came in) because people didn't support it as a whole. CvS2, 3S, DDR, Initial D and Gitz were the only games played on a regular basis and lo and behold, they were the last games left before it closed down.

On a side note, I'm sure management doesn't appreciate the fact that they have to keep fixing the buttons in Skybox anyway. Your scrub players abuse the hell out of your machines. It costs money to keep sending out technicians to the same spot over and over to fix a problem that could be avoided if players just treated the machine a bit better.

Yea if they actually send out fucking technicians. Honestly the last time they sent out a technician to that place that i can remember was probably back around october. Thats just a pretty random guess but i havent seen one around for close to 6 months. They fucking wait for people that wanna play so bad on a good machine for them to fix it themselves (ie: me, ramy and sometimes chris and james). Which really pisses me off. Honestly if there was another arcade to go to thats close I'd say fuck EMTC right in the ass because its complete fucking garbage.

As for that whole part about u need the business to have good/new games in the arcade. Well obviously they are gonna need good/new arcade games first to get the business. People arent gonna be like, hey guys lets go play fucking broken games at EMTC and fix them ourselves so that they can just break again within a day! It just doesnt work like that. They need to make an investment first and get some decent shit in that arcade. Also, the location of it in the mall is as bad as it could be pretty much. Our arcade use to make about 25 000 a month minimum when it was beside the movie theatre. Now it makes 3 - 4. Its in a place were stupid little kids cant come in and spend there change which was, believe it or not, the most money the arcade made. The dollar or 2 off random little kids that cant play for shit just dropping off money. So personally i think they need to invest in some new fucking machines and maybe get a new location in the mall were people NEED to walk by to get to the most commonly used stores in the mall and little kids beg their parents to go in for a little bit. Right now they're making negative money per month because 3 - 4 grand doesnt even cover the rent. (I think the old arcade guy said the rent was about 8 - 10 grand a month). So obviously there eventually gonna close it down, or keep it open and keep losing money month after month. I think it would be best to invest the money that there gonna lose anyways if they do nothing and at least TRY to bring back the arcade because if they dont do anything its finished for sure.

You guys maybe are right. it's the compatation. Fairvew has a huge amount of competation.

Nagata: read my post carefully . this happened when I was there. Cvs2 hk broke and the arcade guy fixed on the spot.

the Scrubiest guy THERE(which is at the time I was there, the 3 hours that I stayed) comparing all of the people that played me. Some were as good as getting magneto inf and doing the rowtron combo. Some were cheap with cable.

Nuthin really story worthy has happened resently, so i deceided to dig into the archive, to make this bord a little interesting.

The camp story:

This happen when i was 15, at camp mother fuckin WAKITA.

I used to love goin to camp, and this year was no exception. Lots of cool people, and lots of chillen, it's hard to beat. This year was even better though, since ontop of all the cool people, there were allot of hot (and more not so hot) hoes.

I began to try and run a flex with one of the better looking hoes, and i met relative success. The excitment of sneakin out at night is only intensified when your gonna go meet girls.

So its the second last night, and i'm waitin anxiously for the last night (cause cmon, your garenteed to get the most from a gril, when your never gonna see her again) and i'm sittin with the girl. She biggins tekllin me how she isn't a ho. I brush this off as her not wanting to sound likj a ho, but i go talk to her friends just incase. While talking to her friends, i learn that she is quite possibly the stiffest girl in existence. From the information i gathered, were talkin hard wood here, no chance in bending. It's easy to get a girl to 1st base but it takes skill (or a hoe) to get a girl past that poinbt (for teen agers at least).

I abandone my hopes of peice form this girl (she was around an 8-9) and start tryin to salvage the last night by choping a real ho (you could just tell by lookin at her). The girl (who was about a 6) takes the bait and agrees to meet me and my buddy (who had a next girl comin, no freaky deaky shit) at the canoe shed by the beach.

We sneak out at about 1, get to the shed and wait. The girls show up and we chill. We were their for about 5 minuts, when 3 councelors catch us. Girls get sent back to their cabins, we get some thing much worse. The make us run into the water (with our clothes on) and then role around in the sand. They call this a shake and bake, and they don't even let you wash off after. So i returnbed to my cabin a sad, sandy, wet, broken man.

And thats another pointless story.
