Im playing a lot of SSF2T.

I actually got to Bison on normal difficulty, only took 85 matches, apparently the only way to beat the cyborg AI is ABZ.

QFT. Fun game, but jfc.. I swear, the AI is friggin psychic.

Starting Chapter 2 of La Pucelle. Imo, it's a bit slower than Disgaea (), but that's about the only negative I've seen so far. Otherwise, game quality is about what I'd expect from NIS.

Watching DBZ season two anime and flipping through my DB/DBZ manga has given me the urge to fire up some Super DBZ. Been a good while since I played so I'll have to get used to the controls again. I also wouldn't mind jumping back into Virtua Fighter 4: Evo. Can always resume Quest Mode with Pai.

Riviera: The Promised Land. Got stuck on some puzzle involving the seasons. Time to hit up gamefaqs.

Guitar Hero II. Practiced a few songs on Medium. Sure is different from playing on Easy but I think I'll finish up Career mode on Easy before I move on to Medium.

Taiko: Drum Master. Druming away on Taiko mode and getting high scores. Still haven't been able to do "Walking on Sunshine" yet. One of the toughest songs for me to do. I also need to improve on my drum rolls for more points. I may need another drum controller.

My new av is from the opening credits of "Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight!". The character in question is Momoha Odori, or "Momo" as pretty much everyone addresses her.

Anyways, still playing Legend of Legaia, got to the part where you have to fight Songi for the second time. I always loved his boss battles, cause you just really wanted to wail on that guy, and the second time it involves the whole party so it's even better.

It is pretty fucking good, the AI can be a bit dumb at times but they are bunched up together and have patterns that intersect more with each other. Smells play a bigger role to, they have traps where you literally fall in a mote of shit.

They made it to where you can crawl under most of the houses to get around and you can now SK people through those paper doors. You can also wall sk kill. hug a wall get to the edge and when they get close you grab them and slit their throat.

Customization is really big to, you can buy clothes abilities and items. You get gold at the end of each stage for how good you did.

The camera isnt god awful either, it is actually not to bad. I definetly recommend it.

Fuck the reviews they are retarded.

Tenchu Z is for the people who like sneaking around for stealth kills. Most people who don't like it are people who are looking for more freedom in their game or just looking for something else in it. Tenchu Z is a game that says "Use stealth or we'll kill you." It's not GTA with it's freedom or Hitman with its varying ways of getting around and killing people.

This has been THE INVINCIBLE SWORDSMAN saying:

But yeah.... I like it a lot. A lot of stages look the same though.

TMNT:TF for genesis.

Cpu in this game is retarded. Normals can take 25% or more of your life, 1-hit dizzy (and it redizzies like crazy), and can throw you for 50% dmg.

Casey Jones is the ONLY reason I beat this game as a kid. Long Bomb + Lariat ftmfw!

I suppose I should mention how retarded the bosses can be~ Triceraton grabs you = there goes 99% of your life~ And has this cute little loop (grabs you, walks under as you recover, grabs again. This would be funny to watch, if the 1st grab didn't do so much fucking dmg).

I think I agree with #6 on that one, Samurai was retarded powerful...

that is, once you did the "dupe sword" trick in the weapon shop. Infinite Chirijiraden equals "you got knocked the fuck OUT" faster than you can blink. 700+ HP to anyone in range, with absolutely no chance of block, dodge OR counter?! Yeah...and that's not even going into Two Hands, Blade Grasp or any of the other Draw Outs you can exploit with duped katana, like Masamune.

Samurai=hax. Though Calculators and Mimes come quite close.

Metroid Prime. Why the fuck did I not get this game when I came out? I picked it up just to kill some time before I got a new console (undecided still), and damn, I'm addicted.

Some parts of this game irritate me though. Such as when it tells you where to get the next major item, and it's all the way across the map, and the elevators are scarce and widely spaced apart so it takes so long to get there.

Also too little enemies to fight most of the time. I think most of my gunshots are used to open doors. Though if there's one enemy I wish there were less of, it's ghost Chozo. I absolutely hate those things. I don't have the X-Ray scanner to see them when they vanish, so I'm basically having to keep looking around to try and catch them, while they decide to hit me in the blind side. Damn annoying.

Oh, and charged-up Wave Beam is fucking broken. But still, I wish I had played this a lot sooner.

YES.

i honestly think VP2 is like top 3 RPG for PS2. the game itself is really deep. lots of stuff to do in and out of battle. better platforming then VP1 also. the only thing is that you have to manage your people correctly or fights will be hard as hell (as in, a guide is almost a neccisity). but yeah it's a great game.

Currently playing FFXII.

Man....this is the hardest FF I ever played. I am just not used to the format. I am kind of going haphazardly through the licenses and what not. Plus my characters are always broke and dying? Never had this problem before. Might have to actually buy the guide this time.

If I liked the 1st one, would I enjoy Valkyrie Profile 2?

Most likely, yeah.
The 1st Valkyrie Profile was my favorite RPG for the PS1 so I had very high expectations from the sequel, and for the most part, it delivered.
The battle system works surprisingly well in 3D; it is essentially the same, except now you also have to incorporate positioning into your strategy.

Something really bugs me about the sequel though, and that is how generic most of the Einherjar are; their designs are cool but they all feel the same. They all share a generic finishing strike depending on their class, and some of them share the same voice (not the same voice actor, the exact same voice)

I really liked the finishing strikes in the 1st VP so I was very disappointed by this, but if that doesn't bother you then give VP2 a shot, the gameplay itself is solid.

So Friday i walked into Gamestop browsing through looking for Rachet and Clank Going Commando and lo and behold what do i find?

Zone of the Enders 2nd Runner!!!! for only 15 bucks. I swiped that shit and paid for it with the quickness. I've been looking for this game for a long time.
I'm currently at the part where you're fighting 5 of the Bahraam ships with the Vector Cannon. This game is so much fun.:lovin:

As I've said before.........I got games I've bought more than a year ago, and I haven't opened yet. So i decided to open some up.

Currently Playing:

Lego Star Wars (PS2) - This game is fun to play. The podrace in EP1 got kind of hard at the end. I pretty much said fuck it....and focused on finishing the race than getting all the secret parts.

Def Jam FFNY (PSP) - I just keep making fighters and beat the hell out of people. One of my CAF has ALL the blazin moves. I'm considering picking up the PS2 version to play and compare......

Company of Heroes (PC) - I don't know what's wrong. I really liked the demo. I bought the game.......and now I'm just hating it because I can't get a good strat going. For me, it seems hard to get a point, and maintain it. I played a skirmish on EASY AI and still lost. I'm close to shelving the game......

Sooo....my 360 is fucked and needs to be sent to Microsoft, so no 360 games for me, for a a while. Anyone had to send their system in before? How's the process(does it take long to get it back, did it REALLY fix the issue? etc)? Also, anyone have their 360 just read every game they try to play like it's a DVD movie? I get a white screen telling me to put my disc in a 360, when well, that's what I'm doing. Wish there was a way to avoid having to mail it.

Anyways, guess I'm just going to be playing some more Sigma and VF5.

Finally got around to finishing
Castlevania: Lament of Innocence (ps2) .
(yeah I know, it's very old)

Got a bit boring running around the similarly structured rooms, especially since the game doesn't level you up for successful kills.

Boss fights were mediocre.
Fixed camera angles were terrible.

Unlockable features were pretty fun.

Yeah, LOI is kinda on the dull side.

However, I suggest you try out the sequel, Curse of Darkness. It more or less has the same engine as LOI, and kinda suffers from the same flaws LOI does (lots of rooms structured the same way), but it has enough variety in it to keep you going for a while (making weapons/armor, helpers ala SOTN that evolve ala Pokemon), and has a pretty kickass Belmont in there to boot.

I liked the Castlevania games for PS2, pretty basic formula of power ups, familiars, new weapons, making new weapons.

Been playing Odin Sphere and its gotten alot better. I played it for a few hours and it was getting kinda whatever, but I'm playing with Cornelius now, and its pretty fun. Also, still playing Age of Mythology. Kronos are retarded strong, I wish I knew how to play with the Egyptians better though. I'd have to say they are the best race in the game if used right.

Just bought Sonic Rush, and I can't believe I let this gem get away from me. For 20 bucks you get some of the best Sonic gameplay(2d or 3d) since ever. Fast, great level design, cool tricks in the air and rails grinds. Its all in good fun. The sountrack was obviously done by the Jet Set Radio dude, because its full of his sample-heavy techno tunes, and it fits the exicting feel of the game. I've always loved 2.5d gameplay(Strider 2, Ultimate G'n'G), and this game takes a page from the book of Klonoa 2 and has Sonic in his full 3d dimensions against some really cool backdrops.

Not to say it isn't without its problems. The boss battles, though cool looking and abitious, take just as long as some of the levels. They have the same ol thing everytime: Just wait for the weak spot to show up. Its very tedious.

The game is pretty hard at first, but you get used to after you play the levels a bit. One thing you won't get used to, is the STUPID FUCKING ENEMIES THAT JUMP OUT IN FRONT OF YOU WHILE YOU ARE GOING 300 MPHS. I lose all my mothafuckin' rings and I lose my momentum. Its not clever, its not fun, and it just forces you to memorize the whole fuckin' stage. I HATE IT. They have this cool boost thing that can take out enemies while you are running, but thats just it: You gotta have lightining fast reflexes to know when to boost to kill an enemy. The enemies themselves seem to lack a soul, kinda fading it to the background. Not to mention those rooms where you have to kill a certain number of enemies before you go, there are way too many of those and its gets boring.

Blaze is 90% like Sonic. You gotta play the same stages again if you want the real ending(which I haven't got quite yet, still hunting for two more Choas Emeralds). She does the same tricks and crap, just she's a cat! Woot?

Speaking of Choas Emeralds, the special stages are throwbacks to Sonic 2. You move around with the stylus, and try to get a certain number of rings before the checkpoint/finish line. It works really well, and the last two stages are a pain in the ASS. Still aint beat them yet.

For all the problems I said, its still a loop-the-loop, breaking the laws of physics, and speeding through life with no remorse. Its pretty fucking awesome. 8/10!

I picked up guitar hero encore : rocks the 80s today, and just beat it on hard.

I liked it, but I have an issue with the length (30 songs). If this is supposed to be an "expansion pack" dont make it a full priced game. I dont really miss the extra charecters, or videos. But no bonus songs? Why would they bother keeping all the guitars from GH2, who cares?

Still, being guitar hero, its a lot of fun.

As I was playing I kept thinking "the people who make custom soundtracks to this game could just make all these songs, and have this game for free"...but that requires a modded ps2 and more patience than I have.

I'd recommend it to any GH fan. its just more of the same, and you love that.

I have like all these new games just sitting on my shelves, waiting for me to dust them off and play some of them, lol. It's all wow's fault, but a little from GHII too. I just recently
'checked' out GH Encore for the PS2. Played it through on normal and beat it w/5 stars on every track. Like what he posted above, the game felt like an expansion pack, no extra songs (wtf!) and the only difference I noticed was the graphics was touched up. I'm glad I didn't buy the game, but will eventually when someone trades it in later on and I'll pick it up cheaper and for 25% less (used! ) Normal mode was way too easy, even my wife was getting 4's+ ! Definitely not worth $49.99, but rather $29.99 which suits it well IMO.

Probably going to go back to wow or open one of my new games and finally play it, or perhaps finish GoWII and FFXII......

I just beat it yesterday and I feel the same exact way. The boss fights, once you figured out the pattern, were a piece of cake. However, the items are fricken awesome, and easily my favorite fight is the boss of Arbiter's grounds.

I think the reason they made the boss fights such a piece of cake was because the dungeons were done extremely well. Snowpeak, Arbiter's, and Death Mountain were 3 of my favorite dungeons in any Zelda game ever. However, OOT will always be the best of the series...theres just something about that game that I'll never get over.

I'm more of a 2d Zelda guy myself. With the exception of the Goron Mines and Snowpeak, none of the dungeons really clicked with me, and Hyrule Castle at the end was a huge disappointment, not much of a final boss's lair if it's so damn short. So for 3d, I'll easily stick with Majora's Mask or OoT (Fuck Wind Waker).

Are there more RPG titles for the PS2 that can be played with possibly 2-4 people? And if so what is recommended?

If you shake the mote as if you're twirling a pen, you'll get the better stylish. Basically, you just need a differential in height between the two ends of the mote.

Are there more RPG titles for the PS2 that can be played with possibly 2-4 people? And if so what is recommended?
tales of the abyss is really fucking good. it is basically tales of symphonia 2. and yeah, it supports up to 4 people.

Ive been away on vacation in Costa Rica for about 2 1\2 weeks now so all Ive been able to play is my DS. Ive been laying into Dawn of Sorrow an insane amount. Ive had this game since I got my DS but never got around to finishing it. I have to say, this game is freaking amazing. I love the metroid-ish-ness of the map system and searching around for secrets. I finally got enough money to buy the Soul Eater Ring so now I can farm all those rare souls and try to get 100%.

Looking forward to coming home tomorrow and hitting some FFVIII.

I finally got around to playing megaman legends 2 in the past month or so. Finals got in the way for the past week but now I have time. I just got the shining laser and now I'm gonna max it out before I do anything else. It's hard but I don't know why everyone always puts it down though. I heard the ending kinda sucks though.

Oh that game is DOPE!! I got a copy new back in '99 for $14.99. One of the last great SNES to come out near the system's end and one of my fav Kirby games. You've gotten a higher persentage than I did. Mine was somewhere in the '80s.

I picked up Lumines Plus for PS2 a few days ago. Before I even started playing I was impressed by the music. Game has some killer beats. The actual gameplay is pretty tight. Been a while since I've come across a puzzle game that's been video game crack to me. I think the last game that did that was Tetris DS and Meteos. I thought for sure I'd screw up on my first game but I passed and got a new skin. All-in-all, a good $20 purchase.

Been Hooked on Viewtiful Joe 2, i beat VJ 1 two nights ago, fucking masterpiece, and it aged so well, enjoyed every bit of it, and its a 2d challenge, heh, dont get those much anymore. I dont know why VJ 2 did so horribly in sales. VJ was acclaimed for being so original and shitloads of fun, which it is. i guess, maybe people played the shit out of it, and got tired of it, and when VJ 2 came along, it was more of the same, which is good if it works....but if you played it to death, you need something different? Maybe it just needed to come way later so people can crave that gameplay again once more.

I suffered that fate with God of War 2, i passed god of War like 5 times, and when 2 rolled around, i passed it, and fiddled with titan mode for awhile, but only a little, now its sitting on my shelf, collecting dust. i God of War'd myself out due to GoW 1, its too much of the same, which sadly probably happened with Viewtiful Joe 2. it doesnt suck, the gameplay is just as fun as ever, and the puzzles are still fun, but.... maybe it was just too early for its own good. i swear, i was hoping Joe was going to retire the long needed to be put away , megaman franchise, i love megaman, but cmon, we had something new , hip, and completely original who kicked all sorts of ass/ Before kratos came along, capcom gave us Joe, and he Was the definition, of cool.

if VJ 2 ends in a cliff hanger like i think it will, due to Blue saying earth will be in danger 2 more times, hinting at a trilogy, capcom damn well better try to save this franchise on the 360 or WII with a third and final installment. they didnt give up on DMc, they fucking better not give up on joe.

Mario Strikers Charged has some broken shit in it.

First day I was playing it with four other guys and it was fun times, just figuring out the controls and shit. Some stuff looked over-powered. A few guys seem to have instant goal Special Strikes ie. Boo, Hammer Bros when they're fully charged. It does take a while to charge though, so unless you're really broken away you prolly won't have time.

Then, second day, my friend and I are playing and we find the magic fucking brokenness of Hammer Bros deke move. Fucking shit. Pulls a massive fucking hammer out of nowhere and plants it into the ground while moving forward. Huge effect area. Stuns everything for a while. Seemingly invincible. Which after he's fucked up everyone in the area gives him plenty of time to charge for his sure-shot Special Strike. Yea, pretty bullshit.

Guitar Hero II on medium is much different than on easy. The most difficult song for me so far is "Surrender" so I'll have to keep practicing to get better. Gotta learn to move my fingers faster.

Speaking of GH, I can't believe they had the balls to slap a $50 price tag on Rock The '80s. One, the PS2 is very late in it's life so $50 for new games is absurd. Two, from what I've read, the game seems like GII with a fresh coat of paint. And only 30 songs? Get outta here. Oh, I'll pick it up but not for $50.

Lumines Plus is crack. And I'm shooting/smoking loads of it.

I'm in a Mario funk right now. I just beat SMW, and now I'm paying through Super Mario Sunshine/Paper Mario: TTYD.

Got about 30 something shines in SMS. So far, I like this almost as much as I do SM64. Its got plenty of variey in missions, but I wish the levels were more vaired. Every stage is basically "Aw shit, its sunny and its a beach!"

I'm having waaaaaaaay too much fun with Paper Mario though. Its really simple, which is cool with me since I'm not a big fan of RPGs. No random battles, no grinding(so far); two of the big reasons I love Chrono Trigger. Plus its fucking funny as hell. There is a LOT of reading, but its so damn funny. Its also pretty fucking long. I logged in about 12 hours so far, and only just got the third star out of seven.

I'll be looking forward to more of both tomorrow(or later today, since its 2:00).

Guitar Hero II: Wow do I suck after not having played for weeks. Medium is tough enough as it is. Still having trouble on Surrender and other songs.

Lumnies Plus: Was so freaking close to beating my high score on challenge mode. :annoy:

Mega Man Anniversary Collection: Mega Man 3. Magnet Man, Hard Man, Top Man, and Shadow Man are all dead. Gonna off the rest of those fools another day.

Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution: Quest mode with Pai, I got my 300th win and ranked up to Gladiator! :lovin:

Ikaruga: Been a while since I played this shooter. More than a year I believe. I made some high scores but I still sucked royally and that was just on the normal setting. I shudder to think what Hard is like.

Zelda The Wind Waker: Had this game for years and finally opend it. Wow does it look freaking awesome. I dig the cartoon-like visuals. Been a long time since I played a Zelda game and I think I'm really gonna enjoy this one. I got the sword & shield and just boarded the pirate ship.

Finished off two games earlier today: Viewtiful Joe and Puzzle Quest Challenge of the Warlords.

Viewtiful Joe
Very good from start to finish even though some parts made me hate all of existence due to the difficulty at times. Regardless, even those difficult moments were very enjoyable and made me remember why 2D games were so good.

Puzzle Quest
Basing an entire game off of Bejeweled seemed really strange at first but once I understood what was going on it was amazing.

With those games done I'm not going to move on to Metroid Prime 2 in order to get ready for Metroid Prime 3: Corruption later this month. Alongside that I'll need a nice DS game to play. I know that this week Luminous Arc and Heroes of Mana will be coming out. I haven't been hearing the best of things from either game but since I have Gamefly I don't mind plowing through one of these games just to kill time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Playing RE4 for Wii now. I'm trying desperately not to upgrade my weapons (I buy the best/newest ones, but no actual upgrading) so I can get the Chicago Typewriter/Infinite Rocket Launcher ASAP on my 2nd playthrough. I'm doing fine as of now, in the castle and all, and I really like having to use all my weapons at my disposal (Blacktail, Riot Gun, Semi-Auto Rifle, and TMP as of right now, but that will soon change). Plus, the game is MUCH easier/more fun, but in a better way (better controls and aiming help big time).

Also playing some Majora's Mask, the major Zelda that I never got to truly play. It's really good IMO (I'm on my way to Snowhead and I'm really digging the game), and if it weren't for the somewhat annoying clock, it would beat out all the other 3D Zeldas in my book. Still not as good as the Game Boy Zeldas, though (that is a very difficult thing to accomplish).

Anyone play Fatal Frame 3? I actually shelled out the cash for this ($45 for a 2-3 year old PS2 game, out of print apparently) and after 2 hours I'm not really feeling this game. The controls are extremely clunky. You have to let go of the run button to actually turn, and even when you let go the character continues the running animation until they stop. None of this was present in the first 2 games.

Then there's the pace of the game. You start out in some stupid mansion that exists in the lady's dreams. Then she wakes up and you're back in her house. Back to sleep, start at the beginning of the mansion, but now you get to go to a new area. Wake up again. blah blah blah. And cut scene after cut scene after cut scene doesn't help either.

This isn't as bad as Castlevania Curse of Darkness, so I guess I can persevere through it to see what happens in the end.

EDIT: someone please tell me there's an FMV digest out there somewhere!

Just beat the main game of Resident Evil 4. Much easier than when I played it on the GC, I had a solution to every problem. I'm now playing Seperate Ways, and I find it pretty interesting. Hopefully I can at least afford the XL case and all the weapons in my 1st playthrough (I'm not going to buy the treasure maps because I usually find the treasure on my own).

One question: Can you transfer your Normal Mode stuff into Professional Mode? I'd really like to go through Pro mode with the Typewriter/Knight Ashley so I can get the PRL that much faster.

I'm kind of pondering wether or not I should play through Radiata Stories again.

I love that game..but I know I won't stop playing it untill I 100% it again since my momeory card got stolen. Other wise I wouldn't bother...

100%ing it takes almost 200hours as well...hm...but it's such a great game...

Damnit.

On a complete whim, I rented this game and loved, loved, LOVED IT! I couldn't stop playing it; infact, I played it through three times just because the character designs were so awesome.

EDIT: Pre-Ordered my copy of Luminous Arc for tommorrow; I really need somthing to kill time on an eight hour plane ride next week.

Sadly, my PS2 will not be making the journey with us...

^ Gil the Light Elf is TOO STRONG. That nigga is one of the best characters in the game.
I just HATED the main characters name. Jack Russel = Lame.
Seeing a fat kid running around in Claude's uniform though was god tier.
I also didn't like the Arbitrator. Stupidest final weapon ever. Spears > All in the game. Seriously.
It's like Spears > Axes > One Handed Swords > Two Handed Swords.

Playing through Dragon quest VIII again for whatever reason. Mainly cause I like how the character designs are (NOT cause they were done by Toriyama, but the cell-shaded aspect of them looks really cool/unique)

Outside of Alexandria Tower. Level 14. Apparenlty suggested level is like 9.

Fuck that.

Yeah, I can't believe how tough he is considering he's a mandatory story character.
What side did you pick first time through?

Non-Human Side FTW!

Light and Dark Elves? Orges? Dude with a red mowhawk and a ball and chain?

FUCK YAH!

Also, Parsec for the win. Scottish Rasta' Dragons are god tier.

 Same here; I just love this game to death. I can play it for hours and hours just waiting for characters to show up at a specific time and place.

On another note, I'm getting bored of Yggdra Union. I can't wait for the slew of awesome DS games coming out starting with Luminous Arc tommorrow afternoon. I have Jump? Ultimate Stars to keep me going until then.

Started playing Legend of Legaia for Ps1 last night. I had played it like 90% through about 5 years ago, and man I forgot how fucking amazing this game is. I've got my weekend planned.

Just passed Viewtiful Joe 2. Really awesome game, way longer and harder than the first one. Though i think the bosses in part 1 were more memorable. Such a shame this awesome game didnt sell so well, so we wont be able to see the third in this supposed to be trilogy. Real shame....

Next on my list is Halo and Halo 2 ! then the novels borrowed from a friend, to get ready for halo 3 in a little over a month <3

If Capcom would just make a Viewtiful Joe 3/Strider 3...*sigh* I'll be happy with RE5 damnit >_<

Beat Wario World yesterday. Fun, but very short. I went back and got all the treasures, and I'm done. Good thing I rented.

BioShock...I want you...

Stranglehold is going to be fucking awesome too. I'll be playing those til Halo 3 hits. And then my life will be complete...til Super Mario Galaxy/Super Smash Bros Brawl.

Hey Z!M can you give some feedback on GrimGrimiore? I was thinking of getting it cuz I love just about every NIS/Atlus game that comes out. But I wasn't too thrilled when I heard it was an RTS.

What game is it comparable to?

None really cause its a side view RTS. Just one source of income "mana" and the runes that you create your troops from get made rather quick. the really fun part is the strat that comes into play. sure You could get 7 huge dragons for about4000 mana after upgrades, and yes each dragon has about 600 hp each (a large number of hp in this game, the largest of all units). but when you come around the corner and 3 fucking small cats with staffs who have about 40 hp each and cost about 300 mana put all of your dragons too sleep makes you feel like you wasted a shit load of money for nothing. the real kick in the ass is when fairys kill off your sleeping dragons!! so yeah its a game of planning out your attack and base defense, a little too short in the story department for me but a worthy buy just to have something diffrent to play.

oh and I just started playing my first dragon quest today. DQVIII is my new love, the simplicty of it reminds me of a classic snes rpg, but the graphics are amazing, second only to rouge galaxy. anyone have advice on what attributes to level up, Is fisticuffs worth the time to invest into or not so much?

Transformers Movie game is horrible...

Just stupid at times too...

"Jazz we need you to create a distraction by destroying gas stations and parked cars while we escape"

"Dang, the humans seem to have a problem with this whole blowing shit up thing, Ironhide can you go back into the city that Jazz is destroying and save him from all the people shooting his ass now?"

Please...

so I'm kinda stuck with a couple games.

I recently bought Super Mario Sunshine, Metroid Prime, and Zelda: Twilight Princess.

I started playing mario sunshine and it's pretty decent but it's kinda getting boring (feels same-ish as mario 64 and collecting stars sucks). Should I finish it? is it worth it? How many stars am I supposed to collect before being able to beat the game?

Prime and Zelda I'll play once I'm done with Mario (whether finishing or skipping).

Also, I'm debating on whether I should play MGS2 (have it)/MGS3 (don't have it). I want to get ready for MGS4 when it comes out so I know the story, etc. I already played MGS1, should I play the other two? Are they really good? Or should I just read up the story online and wait for MGS4 to come out?

I'm not much of a console person (PC FPS gaming will do that), so if the game isn't wow-awesome or very appealing, I'm more than likely not playing it through, which sucks because I know I'm missing out on some good titles. The last games I played completely through were Tomb Raider: Legend (I like the franchise), Shadow of the Colossus, Katamari Damacy and Destroy All Humans. :/

Mega Man Starforce Dragon (NDS)
Heroes of Mana (NDS)
Luminous Arc (NDS)
God of War (Pending)
Destroy All Humans (Pending)
La Pucella Tactics (Pending)

Life is fair.

Well... almost.

If you don't care for SM64, you won't care for SMS. I found Super Mario Sunshine to be BETTER than Super Mario 64 actually. Its one of Gamecube best titles. Again, it might not be your thing, so you might want to move on to something else.

I haven't played the new Zelda, but if its like MM/OoT, I'm in no hurry. Let me just say that. Don't know why I haven't gotten around to Metroid Prime though. LOOOOVE Super Metroid, and now its in 3d. Woot?

Honestly, I'd play through MGS2/3, because MGS4 is going to be alot like those titles. If you don't like those, chances are, you shouldn't be very excited for MGS4.

Fisticuffs is not worth it because weapons will always do more damage. I personally recommend skill-wise, Hero w/Swords and Courage, Yangus w/Axes and Scythes, Jessica w/Whips and Staves, and Angelo w/Swords. Mind you, I'm not really spoiling anything because you see those four characters on the cover anyways.

I got the Chicago Typewriter in RE4 Wii, and I was asking myself "Why am I even playing this game now?" This thing is way too powerful, but you do pay 1 million Pesetas for it. I guess it's good if you want payback on all the troubles your enemies might've given you, but it really feels like a novelty weapon. Maybe I'll start on Mercs later (note to self, don't get owned by Double Chainsaw guy).

A little free advice here: avoid Metroid Prime 2: Exercise in frustration and waiting

I can not understand the positive reviews of this game. I
