Day 1:

My mom wakes me up at like… 7:30 telling me that I should go get ready for ECC9. So I get up and get ready and the normal stuff, while my mom leaves to go to work. I pack up everything needed and leave for like… 8:00 since Justin said he’s be there at 8:30. I was confused as to why he’s change to 8:30 suddenly when he told me he’d be there at 9:00 the day before, but meh, I just went with it. I got to pizza pizza by like, 8:10.

I get there and see hayvren there chilling with some friends. I talk to him for a bit and we just discuss some stuff about the tourney, blah blah blah. Point is Hayvren was there to see me off I guess. Bry shows up at 8:12 or something, supposedly he saw me get off my bus. He comes over and talks for a bit, then comes back smoking a spliff or whatever its called. I guess he just needed something to wake him up for the trip of something. ANYWAYS, Hayvren is late for class, I think Dan shows up as with some random other guys I sorta know. It was cool, and as I suspected when I left the door at 8:00… Justin just told us 8:30 so Bry wouldn’t miss the 9:00 absolute departure time. What a scam…

We discuss bringing a TV but the idea gets shot down… but trust me, we really should have. I think two vans were parked outside the break with TVs throughout the weekend… woulda been cool to have done that too. Back to the drive… we get through customs so fast I couldn’t believe it. In fact, the whole ride was amazingly fast. One thing to add quickly… you HAVE to see American McDonalds x-large pops… they are MASSIVE. Thus, we came to the conclusion that McD’s is the American Godfood while Wendy’s is American Devil-food… yeah…

We get to our motel 6 in no time, and see the food places around. First order of business, see if our TV has RCA connection. No dice… so Justin walks to Blockbuster to rent a VCR/buy an adapter. No dice… only adapter was 30 bucks… US!!! So we just accept we can’t play games at the motel and move on to the break.

Before leaving, we ask the motel staff if they know how to get to the break… nobody knew what we were talking about and they told us we had to go like… to a different city to get there. Fortunately for us the cities are like… a few blocks large each, but we still had no idea where we were going.

Firstly… AMERICAN ROADS SUCK!!! Getting out of the motel is like a flubbing maze. You have to turn right onto a street, pull into a plaza on the left, make a u turn, pull out to the right then make a left turn to get back onto the street… Dumb one-way streets/islands everywhere between roads. OMG! Anyways… we go to EB in that plaza I talked about and ask about an adapter. They don’t have any, so we ask if they know where the break is. They tell us the guy who runs the tournies is a manager there and just left. Wow, Jack Daniels… (wow… that is SOOOO not his name… lol) works at the EB and we just missed him. But some guy who worked there directed us by telling us ‘The Prophecy’. This was “You will see a shell gas station on your left, and a pharmacy on your right once you reach the town. You will know you are in the center of town, and you will make a left. You will know when you are there.” Well… that’s what it seemed like to me. It was hilarious when ‘The Prophecy’ came true and we just found The Break hidden in some random location.

It seemed weird going all this way for this small arcade, but it was deceptively large… if you know what I mean. As in, it just kept going horizontally. And there was a grill and pool tables and such at the back. Overall I really liked the place. So… my first order of business… stay away from the big machine where scrubs were playing and go to the small machine to play rick mears. This was probably still the highlight of my trip. This guy is SOOOOO much fun to play against. I lost like… at least 10 times, but his Sentinel taught me so much, because it was soooo good… Really, it was so good it OCV’d rowtron! Yeah… it was good fun playing with him. What else do I remember… randomly playing on big cabinet and never winning a game… it took until second day for me to win a game… I’ll explain that later, heh… highlight of Saturday. Lol

ANYWAYS, Me and Justin, and Me and Bry looked for partners for CvS2 and MvC2 respectively. When they said 5 minutes left for registration, we got JS to team for both teams, and we were off. Marvel went cool. First match we played again Team Philly. This team consisted of Julian/Sporty/Rick Mears. I lost to Julian, JS beat Julian and lost to Sporty, Bry beat Sporty and came to Rick Mears. Bry TOTALLY had this match in his favour when he got it down to runaway storm vs. Cable with like… 4 meters. He stopped running for all of 2 seconds by running in with c.lk and got beat out by Cable’s c.lk for the AHVB death of everything… So ya, we got knocked into losers first round. We went on to win the rest of the matches for team tourney that day and made it into second day.

As for CvS2, I think we beat some team and then came to Justin Wong’s team. This match was flubbing beautiful. Justin’s Kim tore apart most of [insert Vega player’s name] and left the rest to my Blanka. I had massive troubles but got out with like 60% left. Then came Nibor’s chun. All I can say is that it went really well, and it went to my favour after I punished an attempt at crossup lk with hop back XX super. I lost with very little life left on his chun, and JS cleaned that up with his Vega. Then came JWong’s Sagat. This went very nicely and the footsies game was solid. Then Justin tried c.lk, c.lk, c.mk into fireball. JS punished the fireball with the claw super! BUT, it missed just at the tip, and we got robbed. So the match continued and footsies kept going, and then JS found the opportunity to do a level two kick super. Justin factor kicked in and it got beat out by c.lk… Later after watching the video we realized JS accidentally cancelled it into the flip kick, which means that we woulda won if that mistake didn’t somehow happen. After that I think JS freaked, and we lost. Very solid match. We went on to win a few more then lost to team philly I believe…

We left to go to sleep and I think I went right to sleep, despite knowing that almost everybody stayed in our motel and everybody was playing.


I'll do Day 2,3 and 4 tomorrow, I need sleep now.

I didn't get much footage of Bryan & Gerjay. I was taping the CvS2 Team Tournament while they were playing in the MvC2 Team Tournament. I do have a couple (and by that I mean two) matches from their Team Tourney though with them beasting on a few people so that'll end up on the site later.

Don't ask about their singles tournament stuff because I don't have any. I was taping CvS2 Singles Tournament Top 16 all Sunday and my back paid for it.

I do have random MvC2 footage all over the six tapes worth of stuff I got so I'll post what I can when I can.

Anyone who might be dogging on Bryan and Gerjay for their play in Marvel needs to shut up. The level of MvC2 play in the US is beyond anything I could have thought originally and no one here has any clue how shit (used in the proper context) they really are.

I almost beat Rick Mears... after he gave his game away... but I still lost to Sporty's Sentinel.

Day 2 log is coming tonight (probably a little after midnight when I get back from Smackdown!).

Change of plans with CT

I was talking to Jason and he has piano at 7:00 tomorrow night. So its kinda stupid for him to come here for like 2 hours then go home. So I asked if it would be ok to have the CT at his house. He said most likely and for me to call him at 3:30 - 3:45 tomorrow. So James, Chris and Bry, come to emtc arcade after school tomorrow and we'll either go to jasons house and have a CT or play at my house. Bry post here if u can come because i'll pick you up at around 3:20 then meet chris and james at the mall to drive to jasons.

For those of you that think its just an open CT, im not sure how many people jason wants over so ive only asked about me, james, bry and chris. I dont know if he wants more but i guess if u wanna come dont just show up, talk to him about it first.

Ecc9 Log

Day 1

Wake up at 7:30 but lay in bed till 8:00 leave to meet chris to get the mas stick for ecc, justin said he would be there at 8:30 and snaked me and gerjay who was already there waiting when i arrived at 8:15, smoke my mornin doob, chillin with Hayvren, Dan and other sauga guys. Curt doesnt show up till 9 but i get over it quickly cause i cant do anything and he threatens to leave me here

drive was short and if u read Justins and Gerjays logs it explains everything that happened so i wont waste my time

when we arrive at the break not many people are there yet and after Roger's car came me and the Cate decided to get a BreakSteak, after tryin to convince JS to join the MvC2 team tourny for what seemed like 2 hours, we find out we playin Rick Mears team. Julian/Sporty/Rick Gerjay lost to Julian, JS beat him then lost to Sporty, i beat Sporty then lost to Rick, we beat 2 or 3 more teams b4 they decided to finish MvC2 team the next day. finally meet Cole who is drunk when he arrived at the tourny (hold that shit Cole) chilled with random states people till we got back to the hotel were we needed to find B-more so he could link up the krons, after we find him and grab we cant find papes anywhere and me and the Cate hafta mission to the gas station 20 minutes away to buy em. when we get back ian tells us he has papes already and if we asked he would have gave them to us. we didnt care we just wanted to get high and Hotbox the washroom then chill with Cole, B-more, and Koop who are all dope Koop bounced early and when we went to hotbox the washroom Cole bounced to take a piss and didnt come back for like 3 hours, played games till 7:30 then went back to my room for sleep everyone else i came with already passed out

High point of the Day: being high all day

Low point: Got a little cold at night

I skip third period with Dan to make (weed) brownies. We make em, chill out and have a smoke. I've baked shit befor, and every time, i make a huge mess. Let me tell you, baking with two people is so much better. Every time Dan was doing some thing, i was cleaning, and vise versa. There was literally no clean up time. When they finish baking, it's time to go back to school (to smoke a spliff of course).

I chill out, play some hack sack, then go home to get ready for wonder grad.

I get dressed and shit, have a huge meal, then start eating my brownies. I had so many though, i was having trouble finishing them, so I saved a bit to eat on the bus ride there.

I walk to the school, and every one is all ready there. We stand around and talk, and start getting onto the bus. One guy (a friend) is not alloud on the bus, cause he doesn't have his student ID, and we leave with out him.

We spend the bus ride telling jokes.

We get to wonderland, and it takes for ever to get in. Contrary to what we were told though, they don't really search you. I could have easily taken weed, liqure ect in.

- We start out by going on Dragon's fire. The line was sick short.

- I meet up with a bunch of friends comming out of a next ride, and we form a posse.

- Went on wild beast, and i got to hear a friend scream like a girl.

- Tried to jump from hoarse to hoarse on the merry-go-round after they start playing the indiana Jones theme song.

- We started fighting on the swings of the century. They tell us to stop, but we don't.

-went to 2 of the three arcades there. I demolish every one at every thing. No one played more than a game against me (in marvel 1, MvSf and CvS1).

- I LOOSE to my buddy's girl friend in CvS1 (she's actually pretty good). I then bust out Ken on her ass, and dragon punch my way to an OCV.

- Sponge bob square pants 3d blew my mind. i was so high, i felt...confused for like 5 minuts after the movie was done.

- we actually wait in line for mindbuster, and it was badass. easily the best ride in the park

- bumper cars were the best. I tore shit up with my mad dodge skills.

- Wonderland knows how to take my money. I had two full meals, a funnel cake, tiny tims donuts, and like 3 cofee's. that worked out to close to 30$.

Over all, good times. Go for sure next year if your graduating.

Eh... it's a toss up Jaime. I know I wouldnt' have qualified in my particular pool or Eric's pool because I'd have had to deal with him or Justin Wong. However, there were definitely pools that quite a few of us (Gerjay, Wing, Ian, myself) could have beasted on. Gerjay literally threw his shot away. Wing got punked by Veasna. Flip a coin and either Ian or Josh Wong would have won. If I was in Gerjay's bracket in his place I'd have advanced through that shit but hey, stuff happens. I still think I'm top 16 material and will stick to it.

Jason; I'm not trying to trash you. I'm just disappointed in the way things turned out for you. You're a better player than Walberg. You had your shit together on the winners end and made poor mistakes. Fine, no problem shit happens. I saw the mistakes, talked to you specifically about the mistakes and then you did it again anyway in losers after busted your butt to get back there. It just doesn't make sense to me. But hey, if you're feeling bad about it then I'll drop the subject.

Alex Walberg is a damn solid player that made things interesting between himself and Roger in the first round of final 16, I'm not sure if this will spark a debate but Roger is definitely the best CVS2 player from Toronto, so for Walberg to play as well as he did against Roger that should tell you something... ;) Good shit though Gerjay, it was a very large turnout so 17th was very good......

Alright hold up just a second. For anyone to even think of debating that Roger didn't play nearly as well as he could would be ludicrous. We all know what Roger is capable of and his stuff at ECC9, specifically against Walberg was not his best by far. The latter point is moot though; we all know that Roger is the best CvS2 player in the GTA. The only one that could bring the noise against him is Eric and if I understand things correctly will go back into "retirement" until the next major tournament anyway.

Walberg was good, very good even but I hardly thought him the player some of you guys are making him out to be. Gerjay had every conceivable chance to take him out. Roger could have pulverized him too. It doesn't change the fact that he's very good, just not a player that anyone in the upper echelon of CvS2 players in GTASF couldn't take down.

I agree with Jason, I cant remember the last time I took casual seriously. Or even a free tournament. Its like "Ok you beat me, you didnt win any money, good job"

See my point is mainly the fact that you kept bringing it up and saying how I should have won. Its true and I know that... but the point is that I didn't and I don't like talking about how I wasted my chance to get into top 16... I played dumb, because his style of play sorta encouraged it. Can't explain... point is I learned my lessons and just dropped bison, because no matter how hard I try, I'm not going to get past it. I'll improve my other characters, and make a new team without Bison, because he cost me WAYYYY to many matches and still does.

I was beating people with a broken controller that is stuck moving left. The hardest part was picking the characters I wanted.

I'd beg to differ. Any number of the better GTASF players that showed up had a legit shot at making top 16 and we're basically all on the same level. Gerjay, Ian and Wing all made it to the Losers Finals before dropping off. Noodleman got to the 4th place match. I ended up tied for 5th after losing to the guy that won the tournament and Arcade Kid who qualified in my pool and needs no further pimping as to how good he is. Trust me Shu; the same folks that you're playing against that you beat (maybe not as often as before but still beat) are just as good if not better than you give them credit for and could be Top 16 on any given day with the same pack of players that played at ECC9.

I think it's a matter of circulation. ECC9 was a prime example to me of a game that people love but just don't get a chance to play. You can ask Jason about this; we got to The Break and no one was playing ST for like hours. So finally someone starts playing and it's a landslide. It's like players needed a reason to play and then after that the machine never stopped going for the rest of the night, not to mention the rest of the weekend in some capacity or another. I think given any kind of circulation, ST would be played and not only that but played more than the games that have been released later.

Just make sure you guys are ready to have fun when you go there, don't just stand there, or follow mans and take up unnessary space there. There is alot of guys who just site or stand there and just watch the girls move right by there. I'm trying to stay mobile and get that. Girls go there for one reason, to look good in front of guys, and if the guys look good and have game, then they want to be wid them. Some front there, sum stright up, then theres like 20% of those who just go there cause there friends dragged them along, and plus those girls have boyfriends. But the majority want attention. The go there and walk in circles(look at them carefully) waiting for some guy to try and get there attention. They see guys that they want, but the feel they don't have to go up to them, they believe the will come to them instead. So ya, I'm back and rogers gave me a new modem (again... I really should stop cycling through these things... they're gonna be angry at me soon).

I will make it to this tourney and I WILL be running CvS2 and/or Marvel with some helpers if need be. MAKE SURE the right arcade guys are there, I don't wanna play reset the machine... its not fun. PRE PROM AND PROM
I'm gonna post this in points, cause i don't remember enough of it to tell a whole story.

- Wakre up in the mourning, and go get beer and smokes with a few friends.

- We pack our shit a few hours befor prom. My friends pitch cause my stuff takes up the most room (I brough up 2 huge speakers and an amp)

- I split up with my friends to go home and get ready for prom.

- a few minuts befor i leave to a girls house (a place where every one was meeting up for pictures) myt buddy calls me askin for a ride.

- I pick up my friend, and we go to the house.

- My date didn't end up commin till like 5 minuts befor we left, but it was all good, cause she looked smoooookin. (teddy can verify this)

- Me and ,my date start drinkin some wisky (johny walker, Red Label) that i had l;eft over from a few week ends befor. She gets buzzed, i get smashed.

- prom was pretty much what you would expect. highlights of it include: being able to smoke, and seeing my date pull at least 4 snakes on different people to benifit me and her.

- We leave prom at 11:30, drink more, and go to an after party

AFTER PARTY:

- I get to the after party only to see the friends that i was supposed to reach with up to the cottage standing out side.

- It turns out that none of em are allowed in (good thing you didn
't come teddy) and that they want to bounce.

- I convince em to chill for like 20 monuts, and me and my date reach inside.

- We chill for the time we have, and i kiss her bye.

- I decided i didn't wanna peice her (at the time) cause there wasn't enough time to get any thing worth while accomplished.

- I reach for the cottage a little disapointed about the whole party tihng, but with otimism for the weekend ahead of me.

I agree. I hope it holds up this time. I did the best i could fixing the wires and took my time and its lasted more than 2 days so far :). So thats gotta be some kinda record.

James: Yea they know there is a 3 dollar entry fee. Some of them think they have chances of getting a good placement :S. This one kid beat me one with with team scrub when i was using a random team and i hear him going around saying. Yo i beat that chris guy before lets enter!.. all that kinda stupid shit. Haha, Roger gets owned by Capcom assist:p ....I think after a five winning streak, he eventually decided to go bach to the MSP team. I tried my best to stay off the ground but it's like he knows I'm gonna jump and immediatly he grabs me as soon as I wake up then try and runaway. I luv Playing against Magnetos like that, it really makes you pay more attention to the game, and it helps you realize what your doing wrong. Like he really put the pressure on me, so I had to think. I've noticed for some reason people(especially myself) were struggling to roll out of the Pyslocke assist today.

I was hoping more people would of came to check out those new sticks but I guess things happen.

Tha bad thing about today, was that Ramy some how figured out a way to really get on my bad side. It's not that I was upset at him, but that he doesn't seem to notice that things he was doing in marvel was all scammy. Infact thats your new name, Scammy.

If your storm does a standing lighting attackxxlighting storm on the ground, and you block it. If you were Cable you would obviously AHVB it, but for some reason the game scammed me and let this guy Ramy DHC into Cammy bee attack super(I dunno what you call that shit). Like things like this really upsets me. I honestly can turn a whole game around. Things like these makes you not want to try hard anymore. Cause after that shit, I honestly lost soo much interest in this game now.

Now someones gonna say that guard breaking is the same thing. But no its not u can somewhat avoid it with ANY character. You can hit them first.. or getting hit usually works and they dont end up doing a nasty combo. Guard breaks and unblockables are completely different shit. With a char like capcom its impossible to avoid the unblockable. Which is why i can say with complete confidence that its one of the cheapest most broken things in the game.

As for cammys KBA. Thats also retarded because its 100% invincible. It doesnt make sence. Cammy going right through an AHVB? gimme a break thats broken shit right there. Its things like that, that should be fixed in the game to me. But yea cammys KBA is easy to avoid. Just remember u cant do fuck all if he can DHC to cammy because theres no way u can do anything unless u DHC after cammy is comming at u to hailstorm or something that she wont hit after her angle is set.

Yea i kinda went on for a bit there, lol. I just wanted to tell Jerris that its unrollable when u hit them before they hit the ground.

actually with capcom u can avoid the unblockable by comming in with a move, eg.lp then canceling that into that firekick move that send him accross the screen. its not easy but its the only thing he can do and i wouldnt have the first clue on the timing. its the same thing with cable, u gotta do a move and cancel it to an AHVB. and if u cant learn to beat the unblockable just practice it and start using it.

even if u cant do captain kick thing in the air u can do captain fire, but a smart sent will just cancel the c.hp into hsf. if u cant do that captin fire kick in the air then i guess hes screwed. although im sure that theres some way for almost every character to avoid the unblockable, and since u can only do the unblockable one way when they're comming in u dont have to guess like a gaurdbreak.

also, in regards to the unblockable being cheap: magneto and storm's gaurdbreaks are just as "cheap" but dont require as much tight timing. im not saying they're easier or anything, just that timing them is easy.

He comboed into hyper grav tempest XX Hailstorm which to my knowledge is unmashable... But when I mashed I was in the hypergrav during the hailstorm startup, but right after the super freeze animation I went flying to the other side of teh screen blocking... It was too broken, especially since I can't mash... :p

If I can get a drive I'll come up to get my revenge on Byron !

ok i'll try to make it as quick as possible.

- Me and bry team up against 2 random guys

- Bry is owning there shit with undead keeping them away from me while i tech like mad to dryads which i get pretty quick

- Finally i get a ton of dryads and get attacked. Good battle and we stood our ground for the first round. Then they came back and smacked out me and bry.

- My priestess makes it to lvl 5 and 3/4 and ends up getting killed.

- As all this is going on i expand 3 times. Before i am out of the game completely i rush all my whisps over to my top expansion with most gold left.

- Bry is like "gg peace" and im like NOOOOOOOOOO cuz he didnt notice that i have 6000 ish gold thats ready to be used.

- So bry leaves and im like.. fuck. So I use his gold to build towers in his base to slow down the 2 people were facing.

- Meanwhile i use about 20 whisps to build mad amounts of moon wells so i can max quickly. I kill them off so i can fully max out and i use 8 of them to build me 8 ancients of war. (lol fucking crazy..)

- So within 2 min i go from 0 - 100 units and get my priestess back. I wait to be attacked so she can get her ultimate which would come after about 2 kills or so. I micro a hero and kill it asap and get starfall. There units beat out mine.. (only upgraded 1 - 1 at this point since i had dryads before)

- I run my priestess back to my base. Upgrade to 2 - 2. Before they can even get to my base.. im maxed again now with no gold left. They figure im dead so they wanna finish me off. I smack the fuck out of there units as they call me a *** and tell me to just leave because i have no chance of winning. So as soon as they attack me.. BOOM SF and mass hunts.. its all over for the one guy that attacked me.

- I simply rush to his base and kill off everything in my path. I then rush down to the other guys base to kill it before he builds up his army again. Doesnt work like that though. Instead he takes all his units and attacks my undefended base. Its a race to kill the bases the fastest.

- Unfotunately for him i relax and eat another expansion into the forest as he tries so hard to kill off my base. Which he does quickly by the way. Once my base is dead he realizes that i have another expansion some place.

- He tries to warp to his base to save it. I take out his town hall just in time for the warp to cancel. I kill off his shit and walk away the champ :)

Best game of war 3 ever! ( aside from the time i killed 2 people with only a lvl 10 demon hunter..)

Naw man, me and Gerjay don't play often at all, you probably play with him more then me now. It's true I was sopposed to be getting schooled by the Marshall himself, but I couldn't find comfortable time to make. So therefore I don't have anybody to team up with...."big woop":rolleyes:

Shumayel I really don't mind team up with you or poeta if your available. Hmm what else, or yeah, ChrisQ, I hate your flying doom, like for some reason those damn little sunray fireballs just hold me in the ground making it nearly impossible to jump. Sigh...

My lessons for today was don't jump into IronMans s.hk, or don't jump into Doom c.hp. Can't win, those things seem to work more then storms s.hk, peace-out.

- After beating ramy first round in mvc2 tourny.. I face him once again. He wins. Im still feeling pretty good about myself. I kill one of his chars. I jump up with storm to do lk then psy to guard break which has never failed me. This time (weird that it was on ramy.. CHEATER) it doesnt come out and i get fucked up. He has2 characters left with about 30% health each which could easily be killed before he had a chance to get away after the guard break. So yea psy didnt come out and i get smacked into losers..

- I work my way up to chris Q. He beats me the first round when i think im all crazy good with msp and stand a chance.. which i clearly didnt at all so he OCVd my msp with his sent. I then try out my new team which is storm cable sent. I run away like a bitch and kill most of his team with my storm. Switch into cable to finish him off. So were 1 and 1. He once again goes scrub against my storm cable sent. Once again i run away like a bitch and smack out a lot of his team with storm till she eventually dies. I come in with my cable and land a kick kick kick combo on 2 of his chars. (which all have about 30% health on them). I AHVB and hes thinking its all over. But i fuck up the second one somehow. (which would have killed his 2 chars and left me with 3 meters to guard break and or chip his last char till the time ran out.) Instead i fuck up the ahvb and dhc to sent. Im winning still by about 30% on my sent because my cable is full health. I run away and just block for the last 20 seconds. 2 seconds are left and im like hey im a stupid fucking retard! so im gonna try to launch and do more dmg WHEN I DONT HAVE TO! (punches self in brain) So his hk beats out my launch.. c.lk c.lk hk ahvb = dead sent and chris wins by a pixel

(second scam of the night for me losing tourny matches that on both i should have won :()

By the way. Could have done a hell of a lot better on chris if i didnt fuck up my order when i picked it. Storm dhc to sent would have owned him about 4 times for a kill on the char if i had picked that order which was obviously intended.

Got my revenge in the team tourny on u though! I would have smacked you out again if u didnt let scammy ramy go first! :p lol great games chris :).

Today I got a little lesson in respect or lack thereof:

I'm a big believer in balance when it comes to friends and girlfriends. So today I spent 1/2 of my day with my current GF and told her to spend the latter half with her friends and I'd host a casual session. Sounds good well it didn't work out that way. See I have zero issues with the fact no one was able to make it. That's the risk run when you're dependant on a limited amount of drivers. I do however have a big issue with the subsequent events of the evening. A fair amount of people were looking for back up plans today and when it was all said and done, not only had a bunch of players been punked off, but a select few though it'd be fun to tell people one thing and then blow them off to have their own fun. Oh yeah; and then one party thought it'd be funny to throw it back in my face around midnight on MSN.

So here's the deal, people did what they want and that's fine. Now I'll do what I want. I'm scrapping any further extra involvement with helping folks out in Sauga Crew. I try my best to help people out with rides, organizing stuff, hell even grab dinner for people now and then to be a nice guy (didn't even get a thank you for pizza yesterday, ah well live and learn). It's obvious that somewhere along the line whatever respect there was among players or even among people was lost or dropped. It was so disappointing to read someone's MSN tell me that they were not only used to plans falling through but to also learn that they got punked in favour of someone else like it should be acceptable.

Matt this has nothing to do with rides to my house. I don't expect you to taxi (as you put it) people anywhere. My beef with you was the fact I called you and you said "OK let me figure it out and I'll get back to you soon" and heard nothing. Then I called Roger looking for Eric's number and lo and behold you're all playing at your house. I could care less if I wasn't invited, just say something man. It takes two seconds to pick up the phone or use MSN and say "I'm having people over but we can't hold much, maybe another time." My plans would have been shot but at least some semblance of basic courtesy would have been there.
