Do you carry just Sanwa buttons or do you carry more Sanwa supplies? Im pretty sure that if carry tons of Sanwa stuff, it would sell like crack...

I second that. If you can get a hold of Joysticks, 5 pin harness, and the circular restrictor. You will be a GOD among men.

Hi All:

I am working on trying to buy some Sanwa Joysticks (JLF-TP-8Y). What color would you all be interested in I have a select of pink, green, and red (I am going to order about 50 start off with, I know it be hard, but something everyone would want & also purple and dark blue start buttons).

About more arcade parts, sorry, I have to start small (Shipping is a real bitch for heavy items) & have other vending machines I have to keep filled. But as I get bigger, I want to stock more parts.

Lastly, I do need to put some more Japanese snacks on the website. Any suggestions?

Thanks again for all your great questions

:D

I say order all 3 colors. I know I'd be interested in Red for sure. But I know people that would take Pink for Virtua Fighter. And Green??? Why the hell not.

Well, from surfing the sanwa site, I'm aware that there are 2 different red sticks. Since I don't read japanese, could you shed some light on this for me. I was interested in the darker red one because (I *think*) it would match the happ comp buttons I decided to use... However I couldn't figure out how to order from sanwa myself, and went with a red happ comp stick during the interim. Would you mind shedding a little light on this subject for me? Is there a difference between the two sanwa sticks that are different shades of red?

If you could clear this up, I'd be mighty grateful.

You should get some of those japanese sodas, the one in the metal bottle(forgot what they're called). I've tried the melon and strawberry flavor and they're fannnnnnnnntastic. I buy em at my arcade btw. The guy here also has this soda that comes ina clear bottle, and theres a marble on the inside. You have to pop the marble to drink it. Tasted like sprite remix.

As for food items, pockies are always good, I dont really know what other snacks japan has though. Maybe you can get some really weird snack. I saw some doreamon gum at this one import site.

I've had that marble soda when I was in Richmond, VA. I drank that stuff everytime I went for a sushi lunch. I can't remember the name though.

awww man, its all about the Ramitsu Sour, I found one on one of the last days I was in japan when I was visiting my bro. Basically they take this ordinary Ramitsu sprite-ish drink, they make the can HUGE, then they add a crap load of vodka and call it sour. It was sooo good. Yah you probably couldn't stock alcohol though... You should stock those koala cookies, the chocolate banana flavor came out when I was there, good shit all alround.

Any chance of you getting some JLF-TP-8Y-SKs, or the JLF-CD Shaft Covers separately?

Will you be expanding the color selection if this goes well (like getting Red or Vermillion OBSF-30s)? I've been looking to get a Black Sanwa joystick forever.

And lastly, if you were able to get GT-Ys (Octagonal Restrictor Plates) or JLF-H cables I'd kill for you.

Well, from surfing the sanwa site, I'm aware that there are 2 different red sticks. Since I don't read Japanese, could you shed some light on this for me. Are there two different model numbers for the two different sticks? Then they'll differ, but usually in a way that is obvious like having a griddle or not, or coming with a shaft cover. As far as I know, most of Sanwa's stock is available in the colors listed here (http://www.sanwa-d.co.jp/p_lball_color.htm) unless you go for a Bat handle or a different Ball-top, like the LB-35 or 45. The two reds are Vermillion (shown in the VF4 set) or basic Red.

I just finish writing a long reply with picture, but it all got erased

I wanted to answer some questions:

To The Realyst, coN, B_IzM, gaijin, Acheron

I first off thanks Acheron for explaining to gaijin about the joysticks and The Realyst for such kind words :D
My next order (I trying for mid-next week) is going to be for 50 Sanwa Joysticks JLF-TP-8Y (I'm thinking 18 green, 16 pink, 16 red) and Sanwa start buttons OBSF-24 (purple and dark blue 24mm). If things go well, in the future I will expand my select of parts (Joystick balls in diffrenrt colors, 5 pin harness.. excellent idea, circular restrictor, various buttons, control panels, etc ) & even take requests (I'll just tack it on my order, but not yet). I'm starting small, so I learn the system and give everyone high quailty service & products

Dreaded Fist, Shin Ace and Cthulhu32 :

Pocky & koala cookies is do able and I have some ideas on some other snacks.

Funny you should mention the mable soda. It's called Ramune Drink. It's made by Shirakiku (Which make some great stuff marshmallows also). I just saw the drink last week and tried it out. I was in a rush and didn't follow the instruction (ALWAYS FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS), it exploded all over me. It's not pop top, but involved process (as I learned quickly). I have a picture (Second time it cause me trouble), but it was to big so I lost my first post and had to retype everything. Anyway, if you all are interested, I pick some up. I'll post picture after I post this.
Thanks for you time:D

If possible, of those fifty, can you order 1 JLF - TP - 8YT? Its the same as the JLF-TP-8Y but it has a plate along with it. I will buy this from you for sure if you get it for me.

I feel greedy... :(

PS: Dreaded Fist is the drink your talking about in a metal can Calpis or Pocari Sweat (I think both of these come in metal can)

the marble drink i tried looked different though, the bottle had some waves engraved on it and its slimmer. Its only 6oz btw or maybe less.

The metal bottle drink I saw was also different. the bottling looks like those energy drinks, all metal, I guess it keeps the drink cooler.

Btw these are just suggestions, get whatever you feel is good lol.

Maintaining a steady diet with these will be tough lol, I imagine I'd buy a few just to collect or have around.

This brings to my own attention a rather valid point, though it probably displays my inexperience with custom stick building on the whole as well. Anyway, so how do I mount a Sanwa stick without that metal plate?

Also, Acheron mentioned the JLF-CD Shaft Covers (I guess they only come in black?), and I'd be mighty interested in one of those too.

cool, but could you tell me the advantages of having the sanwa pushbuttons?

Knubbe
06-25-2004, 09:35 AM
The main difference is that they're extremely soft. Softer than competition buttons. They have a slightly different shape than competitions as well, and are slightly bigger

Depends what kind of frame you're going to mount it in. If I ever get the parts, I'm going to follow Catch22's method (unfortunately his site is down, I'll edit in the pics I saved when I'm not at work), where you screw it in to 1/8th" thick wood directly below 1/8" thick plexiglass or lexan. This is an emulation of the way they are usually mounted in metal on the Versus City cabinets.

Armad1ll0 has instructions for top-mounting a Japanese style stick (with griddle) into a Red Octane frame here (http://www.geocities.com/armad1ll0/systems/Tutorial.htm).

Also, Acheron mentioned the JLF-CD Shaft Covers (I guess they only come in black?), and I'd be mighty interested in one of those too.

If you're going to get a JLF-TP-8Y, you could just ask for a JLF-TP-8Y-SK (Shafto Kaba) it includes one with it. If you get them separately, they should fit sticks that have the metal plate, but I'm not certain. I'm fairly sure they only come in black.

Thanks for the replys, Acheron.

The method outlined at Modeverything should work if i can borrow my step-dad's dremel... It seems awfully long and dragged out though. So I'm brain-storming on various other possibilities, including, but not limited to, using brackets of some sort. My local hardware store will bend any size "L" bracket into whatever shape(s) needed.

Of course, I'm open to any other suggestions too. ;)

Give me a price estimate and i will start setting money aside so that i can buy it.
thanks for everything!

Does anyone know if the 35mm pushbuttons from sanwa are the same size as the u.s.a meaning do i have to make new holes from my jap buttons when i replace the happ competions i have now??

are the sanwas buttons long too like happ competions?.. cuz my board is 3/4 and also i wanna put some in my mas and i was wondering if need a thinner board..? thanks to anyone that answers..

gaijin

I believe that the diameter is quite close to those Happ buttons, but you're probably going to have to open up the holes a bit. 30mm is about 1 and 1/8 inches, so 35mm would be closer to 1 and 1/4 inches, if not a hair more.

I myself wanted to order some sanwa buttons too, but wasn't sure how to deal with mounting them in fiberboard either. They're very short, and I'm going to have a hard enough time figuring out how exactly to mount a stick without making it look fugly...

And that's great news, Himura! I've sort of been holding my breath and hoping things would go well. :)

Took down everyone's wants and compiled a list of list of parts. Everyone here is covered, but some of my past customers are asking for some parts too, so I have to recalulate the list.

I was hoping to get order out by Friday (Due to the July 4th Holiday), but I don't see it happening until Tuesday (I have to go out of town this weekend).

To answer 2 questions:

Armad1ll0: "What are you prices for the joysticks" the JLF-TP-8Y will be $22 (I will work out some type of deal if you buy buttons too). The other Joystick are going to be a little higher. I have to work their numbers out. Shipping is a mean bitch :fury:

Rockmanx4: Have 24mm (Start buttons) and 30mm (Push Buttons) in Blue and Pink NOW :p if you need them.

coN: 6 OBS-30B - 3 White, 3 Black. I don't think they have the black, do you have another color?

Ceramiclion: I really don't know about the option of adding a hard spring? Could any one else help out here. When I buy a joystick or buttons. I put them straight into a Japanese cabinets for my buisness.

Also, everyone that posted gets first crack at the order. Top priority goes those who emailed me. I guess at the top of the pack is The Realyst  (Good to be the king) . Also, If this goes well I will order again, so if you forgot something or need something else.... don't worry.

Talk with you tonight :D

Himura - Thats fine. All 6 buttons white will do nicely.

Cerm - To make the spring harder in a japanese stick, you need to stretch the spring to your desired degree of stiffness.

Hi All:

Cigar Bob: They told me the 14th or 15th. It's being shipped EMS. I'm guessing 1 week. (I think it will be faster, but just in case)
Maybe by the 22 July 04 (Thurday) they should be here. I will put up an update as soon as I get them.

From the list here in this thread... I will PM prices. You don't have any commitment to buy (What you do't buy will go into my online store). If I told said you could hold, I will honor that.

Once I get the shippment, I will take pictures and put the extra I purchased in the online store. I'm hoping next day to start shipping. I have a feel something will go fast, but I AM going to have another special order. One of the Shoryuken members gave me some GREAT advice today , so I want to follow up on that.

So if you missed this one special order. Another will be one the way

If there is any thing else I can let you know, please post or send me a PM.

Himura, you're friggin' awesome man! I wasn't expecting my parcel for a few days, and here I got it exactly one day later!

Not only that, but I got some cool Japanese candy samples! Sweet!

If any of you guys were thinking of buying from Himuragames, but had any reservations, you need to check that shit right now. There is absolutely no reason to avoid such a great seller and friendly guy.

And hot damn, am I happy! This is the first time I've ever gotten my hands on a Sanwa, and I must say, I am extremely pleased with its construction. My little brother came by and picked it up off the table where I set it down and started rotating the stick. He also pushed it in several directions and released it, suddenly whipping his head towards me as this shocked expression of awe fell over his face. His exact words were, "Holy shit! I doesn't bounce when you release it!?" I just shrugged. :p

The GT-Y is great too, and really rounds out the already admirable quality. I cannot wait to get this into a box, and wire it all up!

Thanks so much! I'll definitely be purchasing more in the future!

Does anyone know If I could buy a new Sanwa and put it in the green agetec DC stick? I know it uses the same 5 wires cable and it's a Sanwa stick. If so, I would like to order one from you with an octagonal resistor plate.

Thanks.

It's going to take some modification to either the stick itself or the case. A sanwa doesn't simply fit into the original joystick slot unfortunately. But I know people who have done it. If you are creative and have the tools, I'd say go for it. And you might as well replace the buttons as well.

So I'm expecting the package to come in today, Saturday or Monday

If anyone has any question, please drop me a email.

Also, If anyone is going to be in the New York (Peekskill area), On August 7 and 8 (Saturday & Sunday). I am going to have a booth at the "Peekskill Celebration" with a Super Neo 29 with a 4 slot MVS (I will only be there on Saturday). It's for the kids and young at heart  I will have King of the Fighters (I will bring a few 99, 98, 96) Samurai Shodown (bring a few), Puzzled, Puzzle Bobble and a few other games. Excuse me but do these sticks come with a restrictor plate. I see everyone asking for them. I already have old sanwa sticks in my Taito Egret will those restrictors work? They are blue and have 3 holes circle, square and octagon.

Thanks

I think what it is, is that they come standard with SQUARE plates and the octagonal is the upgrade.

I hate square restrictors, they make most fighting games a chore as you spend equal amounts of energy trying to improve your execution to perfection, instead of just focusing on the mental component of the game. I noticed that moves come out a lot quicker on a Sanwa, but at the expense of the automatic percision that comes from something like a 360. It's a matter of taste, but to a certian extent, things can get crappy for fighters on a Sanwa with a square plate. For example, an uppercut motion has to be a shitload more precise than what you're used to if you play on American sticks. On an American I'm 100% accurate my Ryu game, but with a Sanwa I make a lot of little silly mistakes that wouldn't happen if I had an octagonal plate. By the same token, on an American I can do Dhalsim's ST super (2 half circles back) with about 25% accuracy, but with a Sanwa, it jumps to about 50% (I suck with him - but man that's a fucking difficult super) and my Raging demons come out no problem.

Yeah!

I placed an order with Himuragames two days ago (late in the evening). He sent it out sometime yesterday, and I got the sticks at 10 o'clock this morning. That's less than 24 hours later!!! :D

Not only that, but this guy knows how to pack a box so that nothing will ever get damaged in transit. I mean, the words "thoroughly immaculate" are the only ones I can think of that accurately describe it. And on top of everything else, he's a great guy. He's courteous, insightful, and above all, professional. I simply will not buy Sanwa sticks and buttons from anyone else after dealing with him. Even thinking about it seems obscene because you're not going to find this kind of service anywhere else for the price. The man is a saint!

Thanks so much for everything Himura! I'll order again soon!

OK I want in on some replacement joysticks. But for starters, I want the best sticks you have that are comparable to the 8 way joysticks that come in the Capcom Impress Cabinets. These dont have a square feel to them. They have an 8 way star feel to them and thats what I want. All I need are the joysticks for now.

1 Green
1 Yellow
2 Red

Get back to me asap and let me know where to send the money if you have them in stock!

Hi Mulligan:

Thanks, I'm sure other people had similiar question. I will update the wording.
Those 2 black pieces are plastic covers (Prevents dirt and foreign objects from getting on contacts) they come with the joystick. The mounting plate only comes with the hardware in picture. (screws and nuts)

The Bat top has an adapter (The bronze colored piece in picture). That screws on the top of a normal JLF style joystick. I will add a picture to night so you can see. I will do a few pictures.

Thanks for the questions. If anyone else has a question, please post,PM or Email me. Thanks for your time

Which if you go to the Sanwa site (http://www.sanwa-d.co.jp/p_p-button3.htm), you'll see is the screw type. He's also special ordered 30mm screw type buttons for other people, which I thought I was doing.
But like I said, its not a big deal, and I'm glad I got the snap in type instead.
Now that I look at it again, it looks like the OBSN-30s are 24mm buttons, so I'm REALLY glad that he didn't special order those for me.

Hehe, I'm keeping them, so there's nothing to work out anyhow. I'm HAPPY that he mixed up.
He's been bombarded with orders lately so I don't fault him at all. I have a small business that I run on the side so I totally understand what its like. I'm amazed that he does keep his orders straight without having an automated order management system in place, as well as keep up his level of customer service. He's a good guy. :)

Well my story is that I was building with sanwa stuff like for over 2 years now. When I started getting more known as a builder I was getting all of these questions for parts. I was going to do a joint order on these forums form my contacts and then Himura showed up. I've dropped it entirely and will now just get stuff from him and point people to him for parts.

He's that cool and makes it that easy.

quick question regarding the buttons then, which type should i order for my stick which is made of 1/8" mdf?

Just wanted to say -- nice prices. I just bought a bunch of stuff from Mak Japan, as I was told "Sanwa parts are expensive outside of Japan" (moving away, indefinitely) but I think your stuff is cheaper. :)

Hi All:

I have been busy filling orders :pleased: , so I have been very busy. Any questions or problems? I am working on getting the flash sticks in and some other special order items in. I am hoping very soon.

Also, BIG thanks to everyone who has bought from me :encore:

Mullah: Sorry what is 1/8" mdf? The white screw buttons are 30mm

GaijinPunch: Thanks for the kind words. I try not to get too crazy with pricing, let me also say shipping is a "Mean bitch" I try to take care of everyone, but I have limited resources, so I can't order all the time. I really want to get on a month special request for parts, then I could order everything at one time. What are your thoughts on this (Open to everyone)?

Well, thanks again for your time and everyone take care
:pleased:

Ordering once a month sounds good to me. i know some of us are impatient at times  Once you get more orders you can do it twice a month.

GaijinPunch
09-23-2004, 06:16 PM
I think whatever gets the stuff cheaper, but it's your business. Sticks in Japanese hobby shops are pretty well priced, but no joke -- I paid about 460 yen per button at Mak Japan. That's a good $1 per button more than your prices. I never priced in dollars (stupid me).

One thing you might want to do, is encourage builders to buy buttons in bulk... not huge, but 20 or so at a time. And yes... I know how shipping goes. It sucks. Hehe. I'll be placing an order once my stuff gets unloaded. I'm a small way into my mod, and am looking forward to finishing it!

Hi all:

All PM's Checked.

Stanman: The OBSF-30 are regular buttons, but the OBSF-30RG are more durable (I think they will last 3 to 4 times longer). That's the difference

I don't have any OBSF-30RG (I think I can get them), I am currently working on getting flash sticks and some other special part people have requested.

I am hoping end of this week to get my order out, I have a few odds and ends, I am working on

Talk with everyone soon.

PS - I have the 1st annual Himuragames Art contest, please stop by and check it out. I have one main prize...need some input (Parts or MP3 player), voice your opinion.

he's doing the best he can. have you put up money for your special order? if not then he's the one taking all the risk.

He has to coordinate all of the special orders, get the right prices and then to have it shipped to him when he fronts all of the cash.

Then after he gets all of the parts, he still has to re-pack everything and ship it to you.

Patience...

How long does paypal take to transfer using a credit card......

It is instant, just like using your credit card at the store or wherever. It may take a day or so to actually hit your account, but I wouldn't think it would ever take more than 24 hours. However, if you're transferring funds from your bank account into your Paypal account, it takes a few days.

hey himura, can you get white sanwa buttons? I've seen them on byrdo's sticks before and you seem to be able to get everything so I figured you might be able to do this.

edit: oO, flash sticks. I might actually want to make my own joystick now.... I know this may have been known before but what is the difference between standard sanwa stick and flash stick. I know the difference between p360 and competition is that the p360 makes no sound, has a hard spring, lasts longer, and has perfect circular rotation. But, judging from the sanwa flash assembly, the only advantage looks to be that it can last longer. Is there anything else though?

Another question, the two kits only differ in the fact that one has a ball top of your choice while the other doesn't right? Does this really serve a purpose except for novelty of color? Extra balltops only cost $5 seperately. Unless of course it does come with a joystick... I think the description is messed up...

SpiffyShoes
11-10-2004, 08:19 PM
I'd probably better let Rod speak for himself but as far as I know the Flash sticks come with a ball top. The basic advantage of the flash stick over the regular ones is that they last longer and they are silent. No sound. Other than that the flash and non-flash sticks are the same joysticks. That is why you can get the upgrade pack to upgrade your regular stick to a flash stick. If you want a harder spring you can buy a pack of 2 for $2.40 at Home Depot. You can cut each spring in half and get 4 springs out of the pack.

Hi Skisonic:

I estimate shipping based on the number of items that you have and were you live (Of course weight  ) I don't like screwing people over for shipping.

I like to make sure the buttons are protected, so I box those. $5 by Priority Mail (2 to 3 days to arrive to you) and free delivery confirmation.

So the 5 sanwa buttons and 2 oct plates would be $5

Also, if you have any question PM or email me. I will try to work with you if you need something.
Thanks for the question and have a great day

Hi Rod...

I got the sticks and buttons and everything was packaged superbly! But I have a few problems and maybe you can help.

First...the mounting plates on my Impress Cabinet don't line up with the holes on the Sanwa sticks. Do you have any other plates that may be compatible?? Or would you suggest drilling holes??

The only other problem I have are the buttons. For some weird reason the Sanwa buttons are too small for the Neo Geo cabinet that Jesse bought for me and when I put them in they fit very loosely and you can jiggle them around...I lost the old buttons that were originally in the Neo Geo Mini cabinet

So, It looks like I will be placing a new order for those kinds of buttons and keeping the extras you sent as spares.

Infact, go ahead and put me down for

6 - Sanwa buttons(just like the ones you sent me) for the Impress Cabinet.

4 - Red NEO GEO MINI CABINET BUTTONS(They are fatter than regular sanwa buttons)

4 - Blue NEO GEO MINI CABINET BUTTONS

1 - Blue Ball Joystick Top

Thanks!

Your Happy Customer,

Clarissa Cardenas!

[Bump]

For those who are a bit skeptical ordering from Rod, don't be. I orderd the GT-Y Octagonal restrictor plate and it came in 2-3 days. Which is not bad considering I'm in California. I Recieved good customer service. All my questions were answered within 1-2 business days [Unlike some vendors that take up to a week] I would recommend these guys and would do business with them again.

yo does anyone know if those bat tops will fit on a hori sc2 stick? cause if it does i might be interested

They should have no prob doing that. The balls are interchangeable with other hori products so the bats should work as well.

Hey Rod, just curious....

Does sanwa make a shorter throw of a stick?? Jesse is trying to adjust to the Sanwa sticks but he says that the throw is huge compared to the original Capcom Impress sticks that came with the cabinet....

If not, then it's no bigge :)

I had the same prob at first as well. I was disapointed with the throw but after geting use to the square gate i find that it is much better and faster then the octagnal gate. But that is just me. I would also like to find out what the make of the Impress sticks area as well. There are a few differences in the stick like the switches have actuators insted of just switches. Check the stick out and see if you can find any markings that show who made it.

Thanks

I finally finished putting my Sanwas in my Hori Neo II stick. Thanks again Rod for the awesome customer service and fast shipping. Himura Games is very reliable in case anyone is skeptical. I will try to post a pic of what it looks like. I'm not sure if I'll post the guts, my craftmanship isn't as good as Spiffy's or Armads.

Hi all:

First off, Best Holiday season to everyone  I hope Santa give everyone what they want for Christmas :pleased:

Also, to let everyone know, I am working on Black buttons (they are not Sanwa, but Seimitsu) I hope to have them in 2 weeks. I am also working on getting the joystick mircoswitch replacement plate. (also 2 weeks)

To answer some questions....

Rochus: The impress cabinets take Sanwa JLF-TP-8Y

That is what I have in my Capcom Impress

JumpsuitJesse:

I am not aware if the do make a shorter throwing joystick. I will email you tonight with your other questions.

CigarBoB:

Thanks again for you help. Sorry for the delay. Crazy busy now...but I just emailed you.

Thank you everyone who ordered from me and take care

Hi Himura Games,

Do you sell microswitches seperately without the PCB? Instead of swapping out the entire stick, because the spring is still good, I want to only replace the microswitches in one of my old Hori Sticks. I notice the Jap microswitches are a little smaller in size, than U.S. microswitches. Thanks

Oh well yeah, we know that the Impress Cabinets will "Take" the Sanwa sticks that you mentioned but we wanna know what sticks CAME WITH the cabinet to begin with. We know they are not sanwa sticks that's for sure....It'd be great if you can get your hands on some of these babies especially for those of us who want to keep our cabinets stock with OEM parts. The sanwa sticks are nice, but these stock Capcom impress sticks are what make these cabinets very unique...

Also, do you know where we can purchase replacement springs from for these Japanese sticks??

WOW, as so many others have said Himuragames is excellent! Great packing, quick shipping, extras for an order, a handwritten thank you, it's a great place to do business and I imagine I'll be making another order sometime.

Though one thing, The wrong middle initial got on the package(probably due to my odd check font) which happens to be my Dad's middle initial. I was at work when it arrived, so my parents were left with no idea what it was lol. I'll make sure next time to send you my Mailing address in the correct form:)

Thanks for the reply as well. I will wait for the pic. I'm not sure what a MA-TP microswitch plate is, but I am interested in loose microswitches, the same size as the ones in the Sanwa's. Thanks again and sorry for the confusion.

Hey Himura,

Does the $58 JLHS-8Y FLASH 1 (Flash assembly only, no joystick) come with everything I need? (in order to play on it) or do I need to buy the other part of the stick?

Thanks.

SpiffyShoes

It comes with everything you need except a mounting plate. You need the mounting plate if your going to Top Mount in wood. If you feel up to it though you could make your own mounting plate cheaper out of some sheet metal from Home Depot, but I find it easier to just buy one from Himura.

the flash assembly will allow you to repair a broken PCB on a Sanwa JLF or upgrade the JLF to a P360 Sanwa joystick.

Opps I'm talking about the HS-ASSY, which is $50. I think that Rod got a typo. The $58 set has a complete unplated joystick like spiffy said.

Quick question: Can a .110 quick disconnect fit on the microswitches of the Sanwa joystick?

Oh, and as for the 30mm buttons, do they fit in a hole drilled in wood that's 3/4 inches thick? Or do I have to do some box modifying? I know I have to mod the box so I can fit the stick with a mounting plate...

Thanks, and I'll be looking to place some orders with you as soon as I finish making the boxes first.

Edit: Never mind, found the answers myself after doing a bit of reading...

I plan on re-modeling a DC Agetec Arcade Stick(Green Goblin) and I wanted to know which kind of sticks/buttons in the inventory would you recommend for it? In other words, what would fit perfectly or would do just fine. Thanks in advance.
